  1. past two days have a been the worse for me and your product foscam F19816p starting with 30 /40 wait for tech support

    plus being disconnected because they could not help with my problem ,

    then after the 3rd call and finally have everything working THEN I can not get in because your app and log in page would not let me,,, wrong info …I’m told after many many times that I had,,, that’s it ,,,,,all 3 units going back as fast as I could pack them

    what a waste of my time

    oh here’s the best one unit had a short life and went blank. after running only 1 hour,,, why, who knows and who cares bad bad company

    never ever again ………………………….
