  3. My yardage is off on more than one course and my phone is set to the right setting. Any one help me since I cant seem to get any help from golf logix.

  4. I changed from a Blackberry phone to a Nokia Lumia 900 and now Golflogix doesn’t work properly. Too many times it either gives the wrong distance or just says out of range. I also have difficulty changing the screen to go to the next hole. Recently I was about 30 yards from the green and the screen said 850 yards. There must be an updated version for my phone asit worked well with the BlackBerry

  5. I recently purchased a new computer and in the process of changing from the old to the new I lost my GolfLogix Course Manager Icon. How do I restore the Icon so that I can update golf courses?

  7. THIS COMPANY is a joke, once they get your C.C. They will keep billing you after you have tried to stop using their service? I had no idea that I was even on it . Or how they got my C.C number. Just try calling there phone # no one there to help you???

  10. If a new customer does not want the Golf Digest Subscription activated; how does the customer go about completing this choice. Often times we golfers get this magazine as a gift. Duplicating subscriptions to Golf Digest can be avoided. Looking forward to your reply. Baggerblue602

  12. I have a new phone and have been unable to restore golf logix app. Does not recognize my email address to reset. Will not work.

  13. I have tried to renew my champions rating twice. Twice $19.95 was charged to my credit card. Both times I received a comment that indicated that the process was not completed. I would like to have a credit to my

    account and then work with one of your employees to ensure the next attempt to renew is successful.

    I played today an was unable to use the full features of the app.

  14. I have an older model GPS have lost all paper work while moving. I have to join and pay the the yearly fee. Can not fine the I.D. number on unit. The unit says it is a 12 channel GPS

  15. I HAVE BEEN WITH GOLF LOGIX FOR ABOUT A YEAR. HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO UTILIZE THE SERVICE FOR MONTHS,SINCE I’VE HAD PARTIAL HEART FAILURE.. PLEASE DISCONTINUE MY SUBSCRIPTION—NOW!!!!!!
