  1. I have written “cancel” on several bills since March 2018 and I still get the magazine and a bill every month. It appears that I should be getting the magazine until August. But please cancel this awful continuous service!

    In checking my credit card this month, I find that you have charged $21.64 to my card and did not notify me. Please return the charge and cancel my subscription when it expires.

  5. On 3/6/18 I replied to an exclusive offer to get Good Housekeeping and Womans Day for $8.00. I mailed my check and it has cleared my account but I have not seen either magazine. Was this some kind of a scam?. I am very disappointed and if you are not going to honor this offer please refund my money. thanks for your help

  6. I accidentally ordered your magazine while entering a contest.I immediately notified your office by Email and was assured that someone would get back to me. No one has and I am receiving billing notices. I do not want the magazine, I will be traveling for a few months and will not receive the magazines. Please have someone answer me.   9. I am very disappointed with subscription service .Never received an issue since check for Good Housekeeping and Woman’s, Day was cashed as of December ,2013. Keep giving new start date for subscription of Good Housekeeping but nothing happens.How can this company operate like this and not be held accountable?Never again will I fall for this false way of doing business!

  10. My mother and I have both been sent a good house keeping mag and a bill for a mag that we didn’t order. we didn’t want it in the first place so why should we pay for something that we didn’t order. that we are not going to pay for.

  12. Ordered GHK for i yr. Recieved notice to extend for a yr. Sent in payment, now recieve 2 mags. every month and another bill. I don’t want anything to do with this company any more. Take me off your mailing list, send no more mags. I’ll figure I learned my lesson . I don’t think I’ll see a refund.. lesson learned.

  13. I have been getting my Mom’s renewal as a Christmas gift for several years now and get notices about 3 months ahead of time telling me I have missed her renewal, do the right thing. How about you doing the right thing and stop sending confusing renewals. If I send the check every year around Thanksgiving for renewal as a Christmas Gift I should not be getting a Past Due Invoice that says PAST DUE and is due 12/23/13. What’s wrong with you people? If Mom didn’t enjoy the magazine so much I’d cancel as it is very stressful to receive this type of communication. Also, some how I had a credit balance reminder for my subscription, why don’t you just apply it to my Mom’s order and I can be done with you for another year. HOW’S THAT. Don’t call, don’t email, I no longer get your magazine because I don’t have time to read it but she does. Have a great!!!! Christmas. My check’s in the mail because I AM DOING THE RIGHT THING.
