  1. with reference to handling of the container # FCIU 3274113

    I have no words to describe how poorly move of the above container has been handled.

    Customer service staff in Chicago is unfelpfull, non responsive, and abrasive.

    Due to lack of proper customer service the container has been held at railroad yard in Cincinnati for 10 days generating substantial demurrage and storage charges which of course have been charged back to the shipper.

    After 10 days final delivery to the destination has been delayed as well.

    Our Company is importing and exporting for over 30 years. However after this recent experience, Hapag Lloyd will NOT BE CARRIER of our choice
