  1. How can anyone not take notice of what a financial giant like Warren Buffet has to say about investing, and banking on the future of America. But I must respectfully disagree with him regarding the merits of the – – ACA, otherwise known as ” Obama Care”. Once the majority of Americans are enrolled, and covered, the burden on Emergency Rooms will be lifted, and the insured will have access to an affordable Primary Physician Care System. No

more free loaders, by the one’s who heretofore avoided buying any

health coverage. Now with the ACA Act. everyone with means will

have to buy coverage, or pay, an increasing fine. But the great of it is – – Poor, and poverty struck Americans will receive a Federal subsidy/voucher to pay for coverage, until they are able to pay for themselves. The Exchanges, and Insurance Companies are going to be quite busy for sometime to come, and lots of Dollars will flow.

A lot of Agents will come out of retirement to get in on the action.

  2. HCM customer service is a joke! They have no authority to solve anything,or give you any useful information.I have had an ongoing issue for 2 years with no resolution. I have sent in the information they requested and they can never find it.I have sent it in registered mail and it still gets lost. The only people that can solve anything is a caseworker, but they can not contact them or give you a number to call. If you have a complaint the caseworker will sometimes call, but if you don’t answer when they call you will never get them back on the line. Extremely disfunctional system, set up for you to fail or give up. You can get more help from a greeter at Walmart.

  3. I would just like to talk to a human. I need a copy of my 1095 (which I should have had a month ago) I need it emailed to me. I closed the doors on my company and need to settle my taxes now. I don’t know how or where to log on, and I can’t get any help.

  4. What a mess of a system! I chose my plan from United Healthcare. Yesterday I called directly and spoke with an agent there, Samantha, who was very helpful. We went through the steps and from what she told me she took care of everything. I was enrolled in my plan to begin January 1, 2016. I am concerned because I keep getting notifications from that time is running out to apply for coverage. That had me worried so I called the toll-free number to speak with someone at and got a recording which told me to hold, then came back online to explain long waiting periods to reach a rep. Then I was asked to provide my telephone number and I would be called back. I was then asked what my need was to speak to a rep. I answered and the recorded message said that I would NOT be getting a call back and that I should try calling again later. What a joke!

Also, I am unable to LOG ON to the site! I got this response after repeated efforts:

Wow. What an incredible joke. Should anyone expect more in this LOUSY administration. I hope all the liberals are happy with this mess created for us.Sigh…..

  5. I have been trying to sort out my health insurance options. I have spent most of the last 12 hours trying to get an application submitted. Between the dang long wait times for phone support and identity verification, identification verification failure and timing out on the website, THIS HAS been A TRULY HORRID EXPERIENCE. They said they fixed this, just another lie.

I can’t believe that they spent so much to get so little. What is, even more, aggravating, no one got fired for this pile of horse hockey.

  6. I have been trying to get coverage for sometime now. I was not successful due to the website having problems and too many people using the website. I have made several attempts to take advantage of this opportunity but have not completed my application. I have called the customer service number and was on hold for an hour. I finally left a message for someone to call me back so that I can finally get my application complete.Hopefully I will get coverage!
