  1. Bought this laptop & have had trouble since day one!Videos on You Tube turned green, after a long time they cleared uo and now facebook videos are turning green?checked with facebook and they are not experiencing this trouble.computer is SLOW!!Will not ever purchase a computer from your company again!

  2. I have a complaint. For the last year when I purchased my ink cartridges from three different sources, Office Depot, Office Max, and Best Buy I have the same problem.

When I install them it comes up a guaranteed Hewlett Packard ink cartridges, I follow the instructions and do the print alignment sheet and scan it. Then when I go to do any printing I get the following message “used authentic HP cartridges” but it asks me to do the alignment sheet and scan again. I am paying the full price at all three stores but am getting refilled cartridges.

MY QUESTION IS: “WHERE CAN I GET ORIGINAL CARTRIDGES AND NOT REFILLED CARTRIDGES” I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY CAN BE SELLING REFILLED CARTRIDGES AND CLAIM THEY ARE ORIGINAL, BUT NOT AT A REDUCED PRICE. i AM PAYING FULL PRICE FOR A REFILLED CARTRIDGE. i FEEL THAT THIS IS A FORM OF FRAUD ON EITHER HEWLETT PACKARD OR THE STORES WHERE THEY GET THEIR SUPPLIES.

  3. I don’t know if another way to let you know that I ordered ink for my printer and evidently one of them isn’t working and I don’t know which one. I paid good money for these inks and feel that I should get a replacement for them. I ordered 61 in blk and tricolor. I need my printer.

  4. purchased a HP Envy 5530 printer and instant ink for a year. nothing but problems. every couple of weeks, I had to reset my password and recommend to web services for instant ink. recently, not even that has worked and the last time I used it, I tried to restore the original factory settings, and the printer display screen just spun for over an hour without restoring. Couldn’t exit out and finally pulled the plug from the wall.

  5. Just got a new HP pc What a piece of crap! I will never buy a hp ever again it is less than 2 weeks old and it freezes at least once a day. I had a Dell for 7 years with no problems at all, will take this piece of crap back and get my money back and go get a Dell.I dont know how you compete with other companys.

  6. I bought a HP 15 last year and since September 15th, I’ve not been able to get on the internet without a wifi adapter. It has been shipped and reshipped 3 times to Lavergne, Tn for repairs. Even they can’t fix it. I’m calling my states attorney general to see if he can possibly bring a class action lawsuit against HP for their faulty pc’s. I’m also opening a case against HP with the BBB.

  7. Your printer so-so in performance and I can live with it. But your company political support of Hillary is too much. No more H/P products for me.

  8. I am very angry!!!!! Every time I try to contact you and speak with an agent I am disconnected!!! What I want to know is why, when I purchased a kit of new ink cartridges was I required to also purchase items for making photos from my computer? I do not own a touch tone mobile phone nor do I EVER make photos on my computer. The Staples where I bought the ink only carried those that included the photo items. I resent having to pay the extra money for something I don’t want nor will ever use. If this is how your company operates, I am getting rid of my printer and purchasing one from another company.

  9. HP Support is the WORST warranty support I have ever had since I have been purchasing items. My NEW Pavillon 23 was not functioning properly and I called HP support, which is located in India. Initially, they technician was very helpful as he took “control” of my computer. He ended up taking tit o a clear blue screen and then told me I needed “level 3” support and I would have to PAY for it. The computer is still under WARRANTY!

It is obvious the technician INTENTIOANLLY caused the problem because I took the computer to a local shop and the “problem” was solved quickly and I was informed I was being conned by HP support.

I have tried to contact someone at HP to report this scam–but so far I have not been able to–which tells me P KNOWS what is going on and wants to ignore it.

HP’s technical support is a RIP OFF and allowed by HP to continue!

  10. I am so angry I am ready to cry. The number listed for customer support in the computer box instructs you to log onto a website (how dumb is that?) I log onto the support.hp.com as instructed. The live chat pops up, which states that a technician will call. I received a call, the “technician” proceeded to ask for remote entry. The call ended with this tech charging me $150 to “fix” my BRAND NEW PC!! I know that I have been duped. To add insult to injury when I called the HP Customer Service area am in a queue with a FIFTY MINUTE HOLD TIME!!! Never again!

  11. I HAVE A OFFICEJET 4620 PRINTER THAT WOULD NOT PRINT FROM THE COMPUTER. I CALLED 1800 474 6836 NUMBER YESTERDAY AND ALVIN TOOK MY CALL. HE SPENT QUITE A BIT OF TIME WITH MY PROBLEM WHICH I APPRECIATE AND SAID EVEN THOUGH MY PRINTER WAS OUT OF WARRANTY, THEY WOULD SEND A NEW ONE. ALL I NEED to DO WAS BUY NEW CARTRIDGES TO TRY TO REMEDY MY EXISTING PRODUCT AND THAT HE WOULD CALL ME BACK TODAY AT 11:00.

I DID JUST THAT BUT NO PHONE CALL. I CALLED IN, GAVE THE CASE #3020348011 TO BLOSSOM. SHE WOULD NOT PUT ALVIN ON DESPITE MY REQUEST SO WE STARTED (NEARLY) ALL OVER. SHE ENDED UP WANTING TO SELL ME A NEW PRINTER THAT WOULD NOT ACCEPT THE $35.00 WORTH OF CARTRIDGES I PURCHASED EARLIER FOR THE 4620.

    crapED??? YOU BETCHA!

I’VE JUST COME BACK FROM THE STORE WITH A HP 5745 AS I DON’T BELIEVE IN ANY OTHER PRODUCT DESPITE THE DISAPPOINTING SERVICE/////OR LACK OF.

  12. Needed recovery software for much HP Pavilion laptop. Paid an extra 9.00 for Fed Ex 2 day shipping. Was just informed my software was shipped today Feb 12, BUT I won’t receive until Feb 19!!!!!! Outrageous that they can get away with things like this!

  13. I received a HP laptop with Windows 8.1 installed. I have had trouble with the zoom not staying where I want it. I talked to three different HP techs about three days ago with my problems and they told me that my old computer was corrupted and I had to pay almost $300.00 for cleaning both computers and two insurances and I still have the same problem. I spent about three hours with the techs. One of the techs I could hardly understand her English and asked for someone else. I still have the same problems that I called about and I believe that the only thing they were interested in was to sell me a bill of goods. They were very polite and seemed to be interested in helping me and I gave them a good review. But, now I see that I was wrong in that, I do not like the keyboard position and I most certainly will not recommend this laptop and Windows 8.1 to anyone, because of the service I have received. Best Buy will not be recommended either.less than two months ago and they will

  14. I HAVE BEEN THINKING ABOUT BUYING A NEW HP COMPUTER,BUT NOW I AM NOT! I HAVE TRIED TO GET HP SERVICE ON THE PHONE,BUT I CAN NOT! NOW I WILL LOOK AT OTHER BRANDS.

  15. My problem is with your tech support. No. one I cannot understand a word they are saying and apparently he couldn’t understand me so instead of getting someone else to assist me, he just decided to hang up on me. I wasn’t on a cell phone so I know the call wasn’t dropped. I quit purchasing HP a long time ago due to the fact that you can never get anyone that actually speaks English very well. So instead of customer satisfaction with HP it is all about sending work to another country so that they can save money. I know I could do their job because they all say the same things and if you say something that is off of there little reference book they have in front of them, they tell you that you need to send it back or just HANG UP on you. I understand if we are in India, we would use a tech from there; however I am in the UNITED STATS and would like to know my money is staying here. Even the papers that come with your computer say PRINTED IN CHINA. Somethings is very wrong with this. HP NEVER AGAIN.

  16. I purchased an HP notebook which works fine until I receive -even right now as I’m writing this-pop ups telling me I have problems with my computer. On several occasions an entire screen pop up will appear that I can’t get beyond unless I call a number trying to extort money out of me for their services. When I enquire how do they know I have these problems, they tell me-get this-you’re the one who called us! Without fail, when I ask friends if they are having the same problems with their computers If it’s not an hp they’re not having these problems. Without fail, if it is an hp they’re having the same problems I’m having. Which leads me to suspect that it’s probably hp technicians perpetrating these scams. Forget trying to contact hp about this-you won’t get anywhere. While I don’t have a problem with the product the continual scamming and holding my computer hostage is annoying. If you’re planning on a new purchase in a computer go with some other brand and avoid the scams. I doubt this will get posted.

  17. Do not buy printer! They offer no support, sell it at a low price. Beware! If you run

low on any color, they will shut you down until you order it. They shut me down so

many times, even though I had nothing to print, they crashed my computer. 40

minute wait to get somebody on the line. The “somebody” not tech told me it was

    my computer.

Take my word for it, it is cheaper to buy a new printer than get on line with these

Guys and purchase toner. If you dig deep, you’ll find they use all colors in your

black and white and if you run low, they’ll give you a few free passes, and bug you

incessantly to buy toner, give them your bank info. Yahooo!

They however did crash my computer, told me “non tech person” it was my computer,

    cuz she knows!

    CAVEAT EMPTOR – STAY AWAY!

  18. A really sad desk top computer (Pavillion 23) which too frequently froze, and finally crashed, less then one year old, after downloading windows 10. I purchased a two year protection plan from Office Max, who said I should get my money back. HP said my warranty expired 8 months after purchase. In any case, I have spent a good part of my day trying to get a new computer and that is not going to happen. Office Max said I had to call HP. HP did a diagnostic for 90 minutes and then said they would call me back at 5:00 p.m. I received an email at 6:45 saying they tried to phone me but there was no answer. They never phoned. My phone log is certainly proof. Why lie?

  19. I bought a new Lenova pc from Tiger Direct. It’s completely backwards and you wouldn’t know if you are uploading or what you,re doing because everything is in another language. so I’m done with both companies. Then I got an HP which is also a piece of crap. no toolbar and tons of research to get one on Windows 10. so I called Customer service and they relay me to sending emails and all kinds of other methods but no one can pick up the stupidg phone. 34 perfect years in customer service I’ve had,i would never do this to my customers. heres your email HP. This is being return today and I will no longer ever consider your products. You make poor quality and have worst service.

  20. I purchased an HP Pav 500-210qe in Feb, 2014. Some of the keys on the keyboard are Already FADING out.

After talking with a rep at 800-752-0900 (who I could hardly understand) – what happened to Englsh speaking people, I was told I could either purchase stickers or order a new newkeyboard. Really – for a two year old computer? HP should honor their statements to stand behind their products.

  21. I contacted HP support as my printer and office dostuffent writer were no longer “talking” to each other. I got a very nice young lady and she spent a great deal of time resolving the problem. Finally got the printer to print the dostuffents. Then, after hanging up, the phone rang and it was a gentleman with a heavy accent asking for me and I said it was indeed me and he acted like he couldn’t hear me. So, I hung up. About 10 minutes later, a popup comes on my screen that the “scan” function on my printer is no longer available. I’ve only had this printer about 4 months. Disappointing, but I guess I can live with it if I can at least print. I was so happy over resolving my problem and then…another problem. Sad as I was always a HP customer.

  22. This issue has to do with your promo’s. ($50.00 Gift Card). On the surface this looks like a scam. I just pulled the data and since about 6 months ago I have spent almost $53.00 dollars on HP Toner Cartridges. During your promo I sent in 2 submissions which was the max allowed. I cut the SKU’s off the cartons and submitted them. They were on the list of eligible SKU’s and I sent in copies of the invoices from my vendors. Both came back with did not include qualifying UPC labels. I submitted one before I got the 2nd notice. I have now been approved for the 2nd submission. I not sending in another one. Either this is a scam or someone who is handling the opening of your mail is losing the labels. Your instructions did not say to staple them to the application so maybe that’s a problem in house.

  23. I have waited 2-1-2 months for credit for a returned HP Officejet printer, with an extended warranty, unopened per customer support instructions. I am still waiting. The return was accepted and noted. When I talk with customer support, the only answer i get is “we have received it.” and then a canned answer “It will be on the next billing cycle” The next billing cycle has come and gone twice with no credit applied. It’s now time for the third billing cycle and the credit is still not applied. My only recourse is to file a dispute for the charge through my bank. HP customer service is not doing a very good job following up or providing answers. I am unable to talk directly with the credit dept.
