  1. I never subscribed to House Beautiful, but the other day I got an invoice stating I was participating a continuous service program. Not only that, but I could send “free” subscriptions to 2 friends, which would also be automatically renewed. At a cost of course! No thank you! I’m not that stupid. I will be talking to customer service, and perhaps, contacting the my state attorney general about this.

  2. I am totally disgusted by HB’s hateful attack on the 2018 White House Christmas Decorations, and by extension, the attack on FLOTUS. Your magazine has always been a joyful respite from the cares and woes of the world, and for you to engage in such spiteful rhetoric is despicable. My first reaction was to cancel my subscription and never open another issue again. But that would be punishing myself, and I already do too much of that.

    Please, please never again sink so low as you did with this politically-motivated critique or I and others like me will stay away in droves.

    1. I cancelled my subscription due to the bashing of the White House Christmas decorations for a second year in a row. There are lots of other decorating magazines out there. If I get another magazine from House Beautiful, I’ll throw it in the garbage where it belongs.

    I ONLY ENTERED A CONTEST. SO CANCEL THIS AS I AM NOT PAYING FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT ORDER.

  4. I have not received the October 2018 issue. I was billed for next year’s subscription on my credit card which has been paid. I have called but only received a recording and am not sure that I will receive the October issue. This same thing happened to me last year at the same time. Please get your mailings corrected!!!

  5. I have just renewed my subscription but have not received last issue of previous subscription, October, 2018, which shows to have been mailed.

  6. Received magazine that I did not order. I have called 3 times to cancel these. Had to hold 25 minutes on one number and am still holding to speak to customer service now for 15 minutes on another number

    Once I got an answer, the lady I talked with was very helpful and congenial.
