  1. I purchased the Spin spa from HSN and can’t

    Get the small spa opening to to put the batteries in.

    I was vert ill and could not return to hsn before thirty deadline.

  2. I purchased two thermo sensor wands.customer reference SFC2WU0921808060011. I tried one it cut my face. The quality is exceptionally poor & ‘ not fit for purpose’ . I choose to return both items and receive a full refund.

  3. I Purchased the spin spa facial brush a couple of weeks ago. However after using it for a couple of times it has stoped working!!! I would like to have it replaced!!!

  4. I am very disappointed with the flawless facial hair remover it stopped working within a short time of receiving the item plus a battery change that did not work too well. I all so emailed the company but did not get any response.

  6. I purchased a comfort click belt from My local walmart in late dec. of 2017, and have been wearing it for less than 2 months, it has completely separated except for the 2 outside stiches holding it together, I feel that U should replace it or refund the purchase price.!!!

  9. My son and i each received a Micro Touch Solo for Christmas. We love them,but both units have stopped working .The light goes on but there seems to be a slight melting on the handles and the motors don’t turn on. Now What…..?
