  1. I purchased a micro touch one razor and i love it, the only thing is that i,m about to run out of blades. How can i get more blades for it? Can i buy extra blades from you or do i have to purchase a new micro touch one razor to get more blades?

  3. I order a copper ankle brace from this company six months ago. I received a card asking if I wanted to cancel the order, and I cancelled. Three weeks later the order was shipped and I refused the order. Now I can not get this company to credit back my credit card account. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

  4. First of all, I bought the MicroTouch One safety razor several months ago, and I’m very satisfied with it. However, noticed that there were two packages of razor blades included with the razor. Where can I find (or order) more packages of the razor blades for my razor?

  5. I purchased the razor that Rick of Pawn Stars promotes about 3weeks ago and my husband went to replace the blade and the dang thing will not open . I am very dissappointed in this razor. I do not consider this a cheap purchase of 19.95 plus 9.5 tax. Disappointed that it is not reusable already. No way does he shave his face and his head the way he says for a month on one blade . My husband can’t even replace the blade to continue the use. How can we get this thing replaced or repaired ?   10. I RECENTLY PURCHASED THE ROCKET COPTERS THINKING IT WOULD BE SOMETHING FUN TO DO WITH MY GRANDCHILDREN . MY DAUGHTER , 4 GRANDCHILDREN AND MYSELF ( THE 6 OF US )TOOK THEM WITH US TO THE PARK . I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED TO FIND OUT THE PACKAGE CONTAINED 6 ROCKETS AND ONLY 3 LAUNCHERS ( I GUESS THATS MY FAULT FOR NOT READING THE PACKAGE) BUT I WAS TRULY DISAPPOINTED, UPSET AND OUTRAGED WHEN ONLY 3 OF THE 6 COPTERS WOULD LIGHT UP .   11. I have never in my life experienced such a horrible shave. It was like the hair on my face were being ripped out. Also, the shipping and handling costs as much as the razor.(quite the rip off!) I thought when Rick from Pawn Stars was endorsing a product, it would be good. I guess I was wrong. This is a horrible product, and I suggest that you NOT by it!! VERY DISGUSTED!!!!

  13. I just bought my third finishing touch Lumina. All threehave had the same problem. – the razor head comes apart and will not stay together. One of the three I returned. Two of them I have used with tape holding it together. That is a shame for a two day old razor. Problem needs to be attached.

  14. shortly after using a credit card to buy an item through Idea Village, my credit account was charged with $500.00 from a China company. I will not buy again through Idea Village for this reason. The card has been cancelled and the charge was denied.

  15. i had purchased a microtouch safety razor for my son and very disappointed to say that it has rusted!! Hardly safe anymore!! How would you like to resolve this problem?

I purchased an American aviator watch about 3 weeks ago .a couple days ago it started Losing about 3 hrs.a day.could not get customer service to anwer.I am very dissapointed with the watch and the company.I could have a Timex for 39.95 and avoided this problem.I will never purchase from Idea village again.I am also dissapointed that Rick H garrison would put his good name on this junk.

  17. My 11 year old granddaughter thought she would like to purchase the Swerve Ball – but, after seeing the packaging she saw only boys on the display picture and decided the Swerve Ball was only for boys.

    I am disappointed that the photo doesn’t show both girls and boys playing with the Swerve Ball – even though

    the cardboard display does say “for boys and girls”.

  20. I purchased Copper Fit/Step FX from Wal-Mart for $19.88 plus tax. I notice sometime while moving around with it on it sometimes became unattached from my arm. During these times I was able to catch it or retrieve it before long period of time. Well, the band on this device became unsnapped and I lost the entire watch which I only had no more than 2 weeks. I had began to enjoy the watch/fitness piece for my arm.

    I feel that the band should be better secured reason being that most people are going to be active when using this. In my case mine kept becoming unsnapped which is why I felt wasted almost $20.00 for something that may need to be addressed or updated.

    I would like to have this practically new watched replaced or be refunded 18.99 plus tax.

  22. June 24, 2015 I bought the finishing touch trimmer from the Salleys store in roanoke, va store #1859 located on franklin rd i put the battery in and it would not come on. Took it back they would not exchange now I am out of my money made in china junk!
