  1. I have had nothing but problems since ordering wuggle pets from this company. The web site if difficult to use, they over charge for shipping and handling. The expedited shipping is a scam. I paid for the expedited shipping and now it is over a week since the order & the wuggle pets still have not arrived. Also, they give your information to other companies & I was harassed on the phone by these other companies – constant phone calls. I called Idea Village customer service & told them to make they stop & they tried to give me a number to do it myself. At that point I told them you gave them my information – you make them stop. I wish I would have read here before doing business with this awful company. Never again!!

  2. i am displease with with how are treating me by not returning my calls.you charge me for the whole set of yoshi blue which i did not want.the charge of 93.97 {02/09/2012 when i receive the set.i then stop payment. you also charge me 35.97(02/07/2012) for the tv offer and did not give me 5dollars off for shipping.that order i did not recieve.get with it and settle this matter.conrad

  3. I ordered the skilet, and i got the lid also. I received it with in 7 days.

    yed they charged me 35.00 for shipping I guess we will have to eat it. I have been

    scamed so maney times, you would think that it would teach me a lesson.

    I would like to order the whole set of cookwear, But i don’t think that i will never

    ever order anything from the TV again. I haven’t used the skilet as of yet. the shipping

    will break the bank.I don’t think there is any thing we can do about it. I hope i like my skilet $35.97 worth.I am so glad i didn’t order the whole set.If we all turn them

    in to the BBB. It might help.

  4. I cancelled Yoshiba Blue… THey said it was fine and charged $3.00. Then I still get the bill. The SHIPPING CHARGE WAS AS MUCH AS THE BLUE PAN. THIS IS A RIP OFF. it is on way.

    They are not stopping the shipping and I have contacted American Express to stop the payment.

I purchased a MICROTOUCH MAX from this company and somehow lost the “trimmer head cover.” I attempted to contact their customer service, via email, at customerservice@ideavillage.com with absolutely no response. Same result when attempting to call their 800 number. This company DOES NOT believe in customer service, their only goal is to get as much money as possible with out a care for their customers. I will never knowingly buy another item from them.

  6. I purchased a Yoshi Blad Ceramic Knive and haven’t used it very much. However, I noticed that the tip of the blade has broken off. I have no idea when it happened and am afraid to use this blade again, since another piece might break off too and end up in my food.

  7. Just received the Finishing Touch groomer….guess what??? trimmer doesnt work, but the light comes on…will try to contact the company when they open on Monday, but reading these other comments, I’m getting very nervous!!!

    When I called they gave me a phone # for customer service.

    There I got another # and there was no answer.

    What can I do

    I never had any trouble before with ordering.

  9. I ordered a yoshi blue pan. I ordered two pans but they threw in two lids which I did not want and charged me shipping on two pans and two lids. I tried to cancel but customer service does not exist. I am contacting my credit card company not to pay for any of these items. I will never order anything again via TV ads.

    When You backspace thinking you cancel- No email order conf-I am okay??? Order my son $18 music bullet lookalike from other site. Two weeks later you get charge FOR $91.91. In all they charge $14.99 for second/third bullet and $41.99 s&H. CALL credit card company!!!!..dispute …don’t open package or refuse…wait till they send you auth to send it back. CANCEL/get new credit card number. The gimmick…They don’t care if you send them back …THEY KEEP $41.99 or you money-This refund less S&H. I read when one person was charged over $244 for S&h for sewing machine (2). Send them back and they keep $244. There is list of all companies IDEA VILLIAGE service, mostly late night infomecials. Look at them , there is a lot of them. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  11. I ordered a set of Musicbullet speakers that were advertised for the price of $19.99 when they arrived I recieved two sets of speakers and was charged $107.90 to my Visa card. I consider this to be theft and false advertising I am canceling my payment!

  13. I have been trying to order a Wuggle Pets for my grand-kids the company’s order number is fake (it is a chat line). You also can’t get in touch with customer service. Don’t waste your time and money with these people. I don’t trust a company you can’t get in touch with. As far as I am concerned, it is nothing but a big scam and they are nothing but crooks.

  14. After replacing the battery (it was dead) I attempted to get the product to work–it did not. I then sent an email to the listed email. No answer. I then called the number I found an after FINALLY getting through the maze I talked to ART (?) he told me this is a model that was replaced by a newer model. He ART (?) then said I could send it in and they would replace it with the same outdated product OR just take it back to the store. This company, in my opinion, is customer unfriendly and products from them should be avoided.

  15. Finishing Touch Yes has a sharp metal piece in the blade that can rip your skin also the thing stops in the middle of use. I also would like a replacement. It would be nice to reply to your unhappy customers!!!. As I am afraid to try any other of your products. A reply to my complaint may change my mind. If you would like to send a new product or new blades my address is

  19. I have purchased 2 Micro Touch One Classic Safety razors in the past 1 1/2 years, don’t waste you money, the insides are made of plastic and do not hold up. Mine are both broke, with the money back guarantee only for 30 days I just have to eat this one times two.

  20. Hi, I bought the Music Bullet, & I absolutely love it . Perfect size. It’s the best , I use it for my Walkman cd disk player, my IPad , IPhone , computer. ….. I’m really careful about the cable & close it up each time & never pull it tight. It has really good sound. The Sound just stopped, it’s either not connecting when it’s plugged in or inside.

    It turns on the lights & everything just no connection. I have the box it came in & my receipt, can you replace it for me ? I have looked everywhere for one, but I can’t find one anywhere ??

  22. I ordered Copper Fit for my husband…no show…buy one get one free my a$$. I thought I was going thru Copper Fit and to find out I went thru a company called Quality Resources. Of course I have called them many times and either I am put on hold for too long and end up hanging up or they “disconnect” me.

  23. I ordered a Micro Touch One for my significant other & it is not worth the money. It quit opening so it could be cleaned after only 5 or 6 uses. It’s not even good for a paperweight with the sharp edges. These were always the best type of razors but no quality with this one. Very disappointed.

  24. I purchased a HDVision Visor and I can’t figure out how to flip the Daytime to Nighttime. The only thing I can figure out is that I must have to remove it from the car visor to switch from Daytime to Nighttime. visor. That is not convenient. Please let me know what I am doing wrong when installing. Otherwise, I will take it back to where I purchased it and get my money back. Thanks you.

  25. i CALLED THE FLIP AUDIO COMPANY BECAUSE MY DAUGHTERS HEADPHONES WERE COMING APART WHICH CAUSED THEM NOT TO WORK CORRECTLY WAS GIVE AN ADDRESS TO RETURN THEM SENT THE PACKAGE JUNE 24TH 2014 AND WAITED TWO WEEKS BEFORE CALLING TO CHECK ON THEM THE GUY WHO GAVE ME THE RETURN ADDRESS TOLD ME TO MAKE THEM AT HIS ATTENTION UNFORTUNATELY I DO NOT HAVE HIS NAME MY HUSBAND WHO SENT THE PACKAGE LOST THE RECEIPT WITH THE TRACKING # IT HAS BEEN CLOSE TO TWO MONTHS THEY SAY THEY HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THEM BUT THEY WERE NOT RETURNED. I FEEL LIKE THIS WAS SOME SORT OF SCAM AND I AM VERY UPSET BECAUSE MY CHILD IS NOW WITHOUT HER HEADPHONES AND WE SPENT OVER HUNDRED DOLLARS. ALL WE WANT IS TO HAVE THEM REPLACED.
