I’m not a happy camper I order the razor three times and got a email and phone call saying my order was shipped and money was taken from my checking account. now I get a email saying my order was canceled this has been going on since 9/26/13. confirmation number is #10710663 order #433172011341424855 that date was 10/10/13. I was told by customer service a lady named Cheryl Oct 2,13 that my order was good and being shipped. going over all the past comments I see your company is not a very good on getting people what they want. Your a rip off you’ve taken my money and I get nothing I think it’s time for legal actions because what you did is wrong and you know it.

  2. My YoshiBlue frypan began to stick when cooking foods about 2 months ago. Also, the bottom is not flat. I bought a new glasstop range 3 weeks ago and the pan twirls in a circle when scooping out food. It will not sit flat on the cooking surface of the stove.

  3. I have had the Ice Cream Magic for a few days, waiting to make some “sorbet” with my grand daughter.. I kept telling her we need to get some fruit to make the “sorbet”. Now I find out the gadget doesn’t even have the capability to do so. When looking at the packaging, it makes reference to “serve ice cream, sorbet, Italian ice cream and keeps them cold!” I feel it is V E R Y DECEPTIVE!! SHE IS ALLERGIC TO MILK, AND ON HER WAY TO THE SUPERMARKET RIGHT NOW WITH HER MOM TO GET THE FRUIT FOR THE SORBET!! I see why you don’t answer you phones..according to the other comments.. you are not very forthcoming with your products.. and YOU KNOW IT!! A lot of your products are geared toward children, but how many of them really deliver what they are advertised to do!!?? SHAME ON YOU!! Do any of you have children, grandchildren????   4. ideal village- I purchased a POP CHEF which is fine for now,but the next day I received a phone call from a REP with POP-CHEF thanking me for the order, and that they would send me a 100.00 GIFT CERTIFICATE for gas. I haven’t seen anything also was asked to subscribe to a magazine. Now I only have 30days to cancel the subscription, but I have no way to talk to them, I’m only getting recordings.

  5. i purchased the buy pop chef set and it was 10$ for the set of 10 piece with a bonus pack for free that included a 30 piece set and then i had it upgraded to get more included to it so all n all i paid 42$. i was expecting it in the mail and when i was suppose to get a set of 50 to 60 pieces all i got was a 19 piece set i was not very happy at all. so i sent it back expecting a full refund and all i got was half of the amount i paid for it because they said they shipping and handling charges were not refundable when it costed me 16$. i am highly upset with this company and will not be doing business with them ever again.

  7. I purchased the PediSpin and I wished that I had looked at this website before I bought it. It doesn’t work. New batteries too. It also said it came with a cleaning brush and of course it wasn’t there. Spreading the word that this company is not one to do business with.

  10. Bought the Ice Cream Maker and it does not work. We shook this mixture for over 6 minutes and followed the directions to the T. We had to put it in the freezer. I bought two and I am returning the other one. I would not even this a 1 star. Will not buy any products from this company anymore.

  11. I ordered glasses. When i got confirmation email i realized they had my address wrong. The customer service number is a recording and u r unable to leave a message. Web site had no place to edit or correct address. Very fustrsting. I order on line all the time and this is the worst service, or lack of, i have encountered.

  12. I purchased a pair of the folding sun glasses today. When I got home and took them out of the package they were broken at the bridge. I wanted to end an e-mail to ask what I should do to get a new pair or my money back, but all I could get was a phone number. I live 50 miles from the store (Walmart) so it isn’t worth driving back to return them. I was very disappointed. The view through the one side was good.

I just bought the PediSpin love it would like to know how I can buy some more of the replacement finishing pads, I do not want to run out as my husband is excited to do a pedicure on his feet (their bad), may have to get one PediSpin for him mm be a good fathers day present.     Ordered Pedispin-does not work as advertised. $14.99 and was charged $13.98 for shhipping and handling. Outrageous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a rip off. Am waiting to find out if they return the full amount

  15. I purchased a pair of Fold Away sunglasses on 5/14 2013 for 15.00, they broke on 5/18 2013. They were not mistreated, my husband started to unfold them and they broke in the middle of the bridge for the nose. Hope the store will give me a refund.

I ORDERED THE MUSIC BULLET BACK IN APRIL WHILE GOING THROUGH THE PROCESS OF ORDERING I FOUND OUT THST I WOULD BE CHARGED A EXTRA SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE AND I SPECIFIED THAT I DID NOT WANT THE ITEM BECAUSE IF BOTH SPEAKERS WERE TO BE IN THE SAME BOX WHY WAS I CHARGED XTRA HANDLING FEES THAT IS A RIP OFF BEING CHARGED TWICE FOR ONE SHIPPED ITEM THEM I TOLD THE CLERK TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND I ASKED FOR A CONFORMATION SHE I DID NOT NEED ONE BECAUSE THE ORDER WOULD NOT BO PROCESSED BECAUSE I HAD CANCELED IT ANYWAY BUT A FEW DAYS LATER HERE COMES IN THE MAIL THE ORDER I WAS TOLD WAS CANCELED AND I DO NOT APPRECIATE THAT IT IS BAD BUSSINESS I TOOK YOU AT YOUR WORD AND YOU DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH I WAS TREATED VERY DISREPECTFUL BECAUSE MY WORD MEANT NOTHING I HAVE A PROBLEM WHEN YOU HAVE MY IMFORMATION AND IGNORE MY REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION.

  21. I purchased the PEDISPIN for my husband for valentine 2-10-13 thinking things were okay

    I did not open before giving it to him. the replacement finishing were not in the package

    there was a ‘E’ mail address that did not respone there is no way to purchase them.my husband had a stroke and I really could use the trimer please let me know how I can do that @kc.rr.com. Thank you
