  1. I am trying to be positive here, but trying to reach a human being is SO frustrating that I am going to cancel my subscription! How come you all cannot do what you say and REPRESENT your product. I’m trying to do a good thing here! I just paid $191 when trying a 30-day trial “FREE” subscription, and then when tried to cancel, was told that there can be no refund! What?!! Ugh! Signed, Frustrated
