  1. Very good customer service, wait time less than 1 minute. Did not give five stars because actually reaching the correct dept. for Intuit is somewhat complicated….Here is what worked for me: after dialing, choose option 7, then enter your phone number or ID (followed by #, and then 1 to confirm), option 4, option 2.

  2. I have been on hold for 3 hours and 40 minutes. This is not acceptable by third world country standards!!!!!!!

    I feel this is a continuing issue I find with your customer service…. non existent. Not to mention the entire time I have been on hold it has been on my business phone. Ridiculous!!!

  3. Interesting! None of the original customer service numbers I have work and the number listed above does NOT give an option for Intuit/Go Payment.

  4. Called around 10:30 on a Saturday morning. Almost no wait time. Representative spoke perfect, unbroken English! (A rare find these days.) if you’re calling in regards to gopayment, press the button correlating to quickbooks, as intuit gopayment is a division of quickbooks.
