  1. I’ve been waiting for my pre-order album for Candice Glover Music Speaks due in July & postponed to October. Just received it yesterday on my mini iPad. This morning, I selected download all Candice Glover Songs but only one song downloaded, “I AM Beautiful”. The rest of the songs are numbered 2 – 10 on the playlist but when I select play there is no music, no song title etc. I don’t think the download worked but I cannot find out how to fix it. receipt #153061575880 $6.70

  4. My only problem is finding recent released singles. I have no idea why you group these in with albums ect, & make me search for them. Why not a single page with all genres of music singles each week. I honestly hate your new formatted itunes. Also, unless i’m looking in the wrong places i used to be able to find recent releases each week. Your recent releases reflect January 8th? It’s January 28th? Straighten me out if need be, but the old system was much better to find everything. Unless it’s a marketing issue, i hate viewing your top 200 songs of all genres trying to figure out if the songs are new or old or just added. Takes too much of my time to run all the lists time & time again for the same songs. Obviously i can’t remember all the songs, so if they were listed by release date it would help immensely. Am i the only one? On a high note, i still consider itunes the best around & will continue to do buisness. Tell the braniacs to simplify things, would ya. Thanks

  5. I am going to go android all the way now. No more iPhones and iTunes. They have locked me out of my iTunes account and they gave no customer service to fix the problem with my security questions . They do not stand by there products and services at all. I am very dis pleased with the way they handle there business and from now on I don’t reccomebd an apple product or service to anybody. Get an android and use naps ther or another sure for purchasing music. Thank you very much apple.

  6. Geeze! I have been waiting for an email in order to reset my password. The security questions seem to escape me for some reason or another. For God Sake, can someone please just send my password to my cell phone or email address. If the security questions are answered incorrecty then I am again denied access to my account which I still have money on. Called for support and was deferred to again another computer system with no immediate solutions. Well this is day three. I just want to download some music for my class and be able to utilize my itunes card.

  7. My hard drive crashed and I bought a new computer, installed Itunes and tried to download my PURCHASED songs (259 of thenm!). Itunes said I had to reset my password. I did. Then they denied access to my account. They said it would be 48 hours and an answer would be given to me regarding my account status. All I receive are emails from “Jobert” telling me to have an awesome day, but, unfortunately, at this time, Apple cannot restore my account and they cannot give me a time frame if they ever will.I still have CREDIT on my account. They have taken my money, and are withholding what I purchased. It appears from the previous comments that this is occuring with other people, too. All I know to do at this point is NEVER to purchase from Itunes again, call the Better Business Bureau, bombard apple Headquarters, notify Paypal and since I am a PR director, notify as much media as possible to tell these stories of taking our money and not giving us what we paid for.

  8. Can’t purchase songs on iTunes Must have forgotton the crazy answers they want for there security. Blocked Have money left. Talked to apple Thursday night for 1 hour. iTunes never answered. Supose to they said in 48 hrs. I will not change my password for this nonsense will go to Apple store this week May cancel I purchased upgrade to apple iPhone 1 mt. Ago Also payed for apple care. Very upset.

This is outrages that a customer has to go this. I quest they haven’t heard that the best sellman is by word of mouth. Looks that they are going to keep the product and my money.   11. I bought a movie but had to reset my iPod later after now it says I don’t have any resent movies to re- download the movie was 14.99 + tax

  12. I downloaded a movie, and halfway through the movie it stopped and it said there was an unknown error with the downloading…whats going on!!

  13. I registered to itunes last night. all i am waiting for is the conformation Email so i will then be able to sign-in but its been 8 hrs and have yet to get an email. I double checked my email , and im sure its right. let me know whats going on, and if there is anything else i can do. Thanks in advance….

  15. I find lots of problems even regitering on i tunes and there is no dedicated phones where I got successfully connected to for help. It is better go for Android stuffs then Apple I believe. I am selling my I pad.

  16. I may or may not have subscribed to the iPad New York Times but was not notified of deduction from my Amex Gift Card and now can’t download the App I need to read Library books. Since I got my Apple products I’ve had a million similar problems..give us money…it’s like these machines are just designed to take money from us. Why do I need a credit card to get a so called “free” App. I can’t even access the remainder on my Amex Card and they tell me I have to go out and get a new card to pay them before I can do the things I got this machine for. You don’t even need a subscription to read the bit of that paper I read anyway. I hate,them I hate all the crap this machine is preprogrammed to load on me and I hate the way they scam money ever time and everyday they can. I hate planning to stay in and read a book or watch a film only to find my monies gone and I can’t do anything until I give them more. Apple sucks!

It’s not just one amount of $10 or$20, but it’s like $20,$22,$17, and so one. Each bill will have at least $50+. I need to understand and to know what’s happening.   19. I recently bought I-tunes monthly access for $2.95 to try the service. My credit card was dinged for $52.71. I’m supposed to have unlimited access, but downloaded an albumn and now have been billed for another $5.95 and am told that I now owe them. Whay a rip off! Then contacting anyone, including on the web is impossible. Take it from oine experienced with being ripped off. This service takes the cake! They take your money then you can’t even call them to get an answer why?
