  1. I received a piece of Jessica Simpson luggage for Christmas. I used it once in February and it shredded where zipper was sewed like material was OLD. Do not have recite as was a gift. Ross said I should contact customer service.

  3. Bought luggage on 7/24/2017 for my daughter & luggage cracked I guess from the airlines but I have receipt from Macy’s. Macys says I have to get in touch with Jessica Simpson warranty Dept. The number is no longer in service so I need to know what is my next step. This luggage wasn’t cheap so please email me

I bought two pieces of Jessica Simpson luggage and I have traveled with it three times…the extended handle got bent from the airline luggage employees and couldn’t be fixed before I left to fly home. I had to try and find a screwdriver from the motel I stayed at to remove the handle so I was able to fly back home…I don’t have the receipt and they were fairly expensive pieces…very disappointed…

  5. The handle on my Jessica Simpson luggage jammed because the frame got bent…maybe the airline handlers? I needed to remove it so I could get on the plane…now I need a replacement handle……

  6. I bought a purse from Steinmart in July-July of 2018, used it maybe 15 days total during that period. Suddenly the straps broke while I was on the trip! I thought these are sturdy purses but apparently reading other purchasers emails, they are having the same problem. These purses are not what they seem, pretty however they might be. Very dissatisfied!

  7. I bought an adorable light gray purse with a bow looking design on the front and chain handles…it has by far been my most favorite purse ever and I’m 43! Got tons of compliments on it. I bought it 2 mos. ago at a local TJ Maxx. Just 2 days ago out of nowhere the one strap busted when I got out of the car and put the purse on my shoulder. I was devastated. Only 2 months old?!?!? Really?? I’ve visited 2 TJ Max’s looking for the same purse to exchange or purchase again-but no luck. Is there anything you can do for me? I’d be more than willing to send pictures or even mail the purse back to you. Thank you.

  8. I purchased your long Chevron Down coat back in December, wore it maybe half a dozen times. I put the coat on and was about to walk out, when I heard metal hitting my wood floor. I looked down and realized the zipper stop from the coat had fallen off, this was quickly followed by the two zippers. What good is a Down Coat that cannot be closed. The coat at this point is totally useless, I am extremely disappointed. The coat will go back to the store, hopefully I can get my money back. I really feel ripped off and will probably never buy anything by Jessica Simpson again.

  9. I purchased a Jessica Simpson luggage on April 2nd. I went on a trip and one of the wheels broke. It’s hard to pull now. I don’t have the receipt so I can’t bring it back to the store I bought it at. It’s very disappointing.

  10. I bought tan heels from the Jessica Simpson collection. Only after maybe 3 times of wearing them to work, the heels are already looking pretty worn down. Scuffed and marks everywhere, the front of the toe ripped off. Can I get an exchange for a new pair? I’ve always been a loyal customer and feel like either I should get reimbursed or just get a new pair.

  11. The first two pairs of jeans I bought were awesome! I was so thrilled with the fit that I bought three more pairs online. The first two pairs are still alive and well, but two of the latest three pairs, the denim has separated all the way up the rear seams!!! These jeans are made to be STRETCH denim and I will say that I have significant room in the bottom so the jeans were not put under any undue stress. I am really disappointed. I loved the fit and thought this would be my go-to brand of jeans….but I won’t be buying them again…

  12. I have the exact same complaint. The back wheels of my Jessica Simpson luggage completely shredded after only taking it on 2 trips. Now I am unable to roll the suitcase at all! It has a 5 year warranty, but it was a gift and I don’t have a receipt for it. Extremely disappointed!

  13. I got a Jessica large purse for Christmas and I have just began to carry it and the zipper no longer works. I am very disappointed and I should be compensated for this, because I can no longer use this purse.

  16. I am not surprised I am not the only one with negative comments. I bought a pair of boots in 2014, last winter when I was going to wear them, the “leather” was all damage.

    How can I contact their customer service department or get an email?

  17. Jessica Simpson- I received one of your coats from my son, all tags were on it, Style number JOEMP465 the number below the bar code—- 7 29391 51854 2, double breasted jacket, it is missing one fancy snap in the front, no extra ones came with the jacket! I really need a replacement snap .

    Please advise me where I can get one or two replacement snaps.

  18. If I could put no stars, I would! The handbag I purchased was costly and didn’t last very long– its black straps rubbed off onto the cream-colored lower half, discoloring it and making it unfit for use. The customer service department, I have since discovered, it non-existent!

  22. This is the first time I have ever commented on a product but felt compelled to express my disappointment. I recently purchased a cute red purse by Jessica Simpson. Within the first month the metal Jessica Simpson logo broke and fell off (I am left with 2 holes on the front of the purse). Then within the following month or so the lining of the purse pulled apart exposing the inside of the purse. The frayed threads get entangled in the zipper when opening and closing (left open most of the time now). I agree with the 8/23 blog – Purse CUTE; Quality NOT!
