  1. I’ve been very pleased with Kaspersky ! Not being tech savvy I explain this and everyone has helped me resolve my issues in a timely manner and without being judgement.

  2. i only can support the other comments in this thread: I am utterly disappointed of Kasperky’s service. Not only that the technical problem of compatibility with Windows10 seems not to be solved, but my inquiries and requests for solutions are just forwarded to other people, it seems. Their so-called “info” email address tells me to contact the representative office in China. Unfortunately, the email address given to me does not work. The mail was rejected. When calling I had to experience that there is a service answering machine in Chinese language only (i am foreigner working here; i can speak Chinese but what are others supposed to do?). When trying to connect to the right department I was again told another phone number by a bot. At the new phone number a new friendly BOT made me sit here for several days being asked for patience every few minutes – without success. No chance of being connected to an actual person.

    I trusted that by auto-renewal with Kaspersky my computers would be protected. Not only is this not the case anymore, but it seems that Kaspersky is also not able to give actual support in solving a problem which actually is caused by themselves.

  3. This company is a fraud. It is impossible to contact them if your email address changes and they are totally unresponsive to queries from customers, once they have your money. Avoid them like the plague!

  4. We purchased our HP laptop at Best Buy, jersey City, NJ 0n 1/8/16. We are senior citizens, unfamiliar with computer technology, and we were advised at time of purchase that Kaspersky would be our security for 6 months..

    The 6 month term has now expired and we are being bombarded each day to renew our security. WE DO NOT WISH TO RENEW WITH KASPERSKY !!!!! If the harassing messages don’t stop immediately, we will seek legal help and charge collusion against Kaspersky, Best Buy and HP! .Since the expiration, we now have annoying

    pop ups on our screen We will not recommend Kaspersky to anyone, just the opposite, to be sure, indeed!

I just paid $75.00 to renew my anti virus Kaspersky and the download was supposed to renew my subscription for another year and yet it says that I still have 12 days before it expires and I have downloaded twice. I have tried to get online support and I cannot get it. I will cancel the account tomorrow and put another one on my computer. this company sucks.

  6. AFTER SEVEAL HOURS OF TRYING TO DOWLOAD THE DATA BASE A BLUE SCREEN APPEARED ON MY COMPUTER STATING THAT A COMPUTER CRASH WOULD OCCUR UNLESS I REMOVED THE PRODUCT IMMEDIATELY. I REMOVED THE KASPERSKY PROGRAM IMMEDIATELY, INSTALLED A NORTON ANTI-VIRUS AND HAVE HAD NOT HAD A PROBLEMS SINCE. I PURCHASED THE 3 DEVICE, ONE YEAR PROTECTION PROGRAM FOR $53.00 WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY, NEVER AGAIN. NEEDLESS TO SAY SINCE IT WAS TAKEN OUT OF THE PACKAGE I COULD NOT GET A REFUND SO I THROUGH IT IN THE GARBAGE. TRUE RATING ZERO MINUS

  7. I’m trying to get a hold of someone who can help me with being overcharged. I was charged twice for the one renewal with an upgrade. Where do I get that info. If I don’t find it or am furnished with it within a reasonable amount of time; which means immediately, I’ll cxl my order and go somewhere else. Doesn’t matter to me. I was only using this because it was convenient. Man, was I wrong!!!!! I am so sick of crappy customer service.

  8. I enrolled Kaspersky in August 2015. My computer crashed and I lost all my files. I have the disk but it says it is not compatible with Windows 10 which I had on my computer before it crashed. How do I get in touch with someone to tell me what to do?

  9. I have been trying to contact the company, I’m scheduled for an automatic re-enrollment on 12/09/15. At this time, I’m not satisfied with the services. I now have Windows 10, and I keep getting messages need to update Kaspersky. All info requested, ref product key number, password etc. to no avail, cannot download or update this, well-enhanced security system, pop-ups, pop-ups!!!!!! Please do not automatically re-enrolled me. At this time please CANCEL this account, I thank you for the initial startup with my Laptop however, your company keeps soliciting for more services, that are better than what you offered, and the prices keep increasing, and I still get pop ups, “YOUR SYSTEM IS NOT SECURE”?, ONCE AGAIN DO NOT RE-ENROLL ME IN THIS PROGRAM. I will try once again to contact you guys via the phone number you have provided.
