  1. Both your delivery service and customer service stinks!! Good luck to anyone having the same problems in trying to reach you at anyone of your listed telephone numbers.
    Good bye LA Times. You used to be a good news paper company.

  2. I have just spent 40 minutes trying to conntact you about a delivery issue. This used to be an easy thing to do however things have clearly changed. I called every number there is for customer service and most of my calls ended with busy signals on your end (20 calls). Then when I got through 2 x I was disconnected after choosing the option that was applicable.

    You must be able to do better than this and I also could not find a site online to report this problem. I know this page is not the right page but it was the only page I could find to contact you.

  3. I cancel my subscription of Los Angeles Times after 50 years. I get the paper 70% of the time;I’m tired to call,they don’t care;the distribuitor of this area is the worst.

  4. Congratulations, Ciclavia. Congratulation to Los Angeles for encouraging a sense of community by allowing bicycles and walkers to see the streets of downtown LA in a spirit of adventure and excitement. I hope we do this often.

  5. MY SUNDAY TIMES NEVER COMES..I HAVE TO CALL EVERY SUNDAY AND MANY TIMES I DO NOT GET THE PAPER AFTER CALLING…TERRIBLE SERVICE…….I GUESS I HAVE paid FOR NOTHING.I WOULD RATHER MY MONIES TO GO TO CHARITY….

  6. I did not receive my Sunday paper Nov. 1, 2015. A friend of mine has already canceled your service . I hope I don’t need to follow suit!!!!!

  7. Here we go again! Ongoing problems regarding not getting my paper delivered and today it has happened again. I never can reach someone in the United States. I am always told one will be delivered within the next 90 minutes or so…and it never happens. Unbelievably bad customer service.

  8. My Dad age 95 has not gotten his Sunday paper despite me calling 3 times. Phillipine agent says he can’t connect me to someone in the United States even though that’s the law. I need to get help from a consumer reporter.

  9. I didn’t get my newspaper today, Sunday, September 28, 2014. I’ve tried both online and through your single customer service line, but I cannot get hold of a real person in order to get my paper delivered. Please respond to this message as soon as you can.
