  2. Worst purchase experience ever!

**was not offered any compensation for 7 attempted orders totally almost $1,000..

**sale was wrought with deliberate fraud (wasted 8 hrs to rectify – your company was not interested in rectifying after all)

**coupon issued for PR was bogus

my listed email address, used for this nonsense, is the same as used for this form below.

after 8 plus hrs on the phone, i will no longer respond to any corporate representative below the appropriate departmental Vice President…

I’m sure your competition thanks you (LOL!)

  3. I used to wear 501’s for work and pleasure, about 10 years ago the quality dropped so far (the crotch splitting) I stopped buy them for work, but continued buying them for nice casual wear away from work. I love the way they fit me, unfortunately I am now forced to change brands completely. You sell a pitiful product! You have transitioned from one the most dependable, quality driven companies in the world to an embarrassment. I will NEVER again waste a penny on such a pathetic, profit driven, Mexican made disgrace.
