  1. I placed an order Feb 5th and was said it was to be expedited in 3 to 5 business days. Here we are Feb 15 and still no order received. This is not the first time my orders are late or just not delivered, I strongly recommend that light in the box change there delivery policy. My order number 1602050416833461.

  2. placed an order and was given an order number 1603201517403980 (WHICH IS USELESS) I cant track my order and theres no way to contact Lightinthebox, I will have my credit card company take legal action on this company

  3. I ORDERED LARGE AND SMALL CUPCAKE CARDBOARD BOXES SEVERAL MONTHS AGO. THEY WERE RED/PINK/GREEN YELLOW WITH A PINK BOW. THEY WERE $14.98 FOR 12

    I DO NOT SEE THE SMALLER ONES. THAT WERE ABOUT $9.00. DO YOU STILL HAVE THEM?

  4. i have been waiting on my product for about a year now and have not been able to receive it!!!!! i called my banker and they can not refund the charges because i do not have the shipment order number. this is the worst company ever do not order from them!!! please let everyone know who ordered from here to never do it again!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. I’ve only received a part of an order. Then the quality of the material is substandard. Zippers don’t work on the handbag. It’s disappointing plus there is no way to contact their customer service What a scam!

  10. I set an order on feb-16 for a dress that said that the processing time was no more than 24 hours. Then I paid extra for 3-4 day shipping. It is not the 23 and my order is still not here. I looked back at the order details and it said that it wouldn’t be here on March-21. That’s not ok. My schools winter formally is on the 26 of Feb and now I don’t know what to do. There is no way to contact anyone and I need help!

  11. I have been waiting since The middle if February to receive items that were to be shipped in 3 to 5 business days. I’ve looked extensively for a contact number or email, but to no avail have I found one. My card was credited and u have yet to receive any updates like most online stores provide from LightinBox. As of right now, I will probably never order from them again.

  12. Should have read these comments before ordering. My package arrived damaged. The lightinthebox process for getting to customer service is filled with road blocks. They did not accept my password and said they sent me a new one. So far I have not received it. BUT I did receive a promotion by email. All I need is a little help. A voice on the end of the telephone would be greatly appreciated.
