  1. My Liz CCClaiborn spinner suitcase has a handle that sticks to your hand. Only used 1 time. Maked your hands all sticky. You could sure mess up your close fast.

  2. Just bought a great large black, tan and white LC purse from JCP maybe a month ago. Tonight, one screw in the hardware holding the a strap to the purse fell out! Now my strap is only half attached to the purse. Idk the model number – is there any way to get a replacement screw?

  3. I have been using Liz Claiborne products for years. I have never had a problem with any item I purchase. A couple of years ago I received a beautiful Red Purse for Christmas. I only use it during the Holidays and store it in a bag. When I took it out this year the material on the outside of the purse is pealing off. I am heartbroken as it is a beautiful purse. As it was a gift I only have the purse and no paper work. Because it is over 2 years old, maybe 3 years. Is there anything that can be done? I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from someone soon. I truly love all Liz Claiborne products and repeat that I have never had a problem.

I usually have no problem with the men’s pant that i buy for my son that he wears for work, I bought 2 pairs for him 2 weeks ago and after I washed them the hem came out on both pants whats the odds of that?!! For what I pay for them i would think they would make sure it is put together.. not happy right now.

  5. I have a liz&co. teal color purse that I love and it has torn. to easily for what I paid. Can you replace it without a receipt. I could send a photo and show the tear. It is on the side where the strap is attached. Thanks

  6. I am disappointed. I was going to an event out of state. I bought a pair of Elisabeth knee highs. The one stocking was okay the other had no toe in it. This was very disheartening. I expected better quality control in such a large and well known company. Can anyone explain this one to me?

I buy all Liz Claiborne products thru JC Penney clothes shoes pocketbooks two months ago I purchased a beautiful bag that I really like but the handles are about to fall off and I have no way of fixing them JC Penney said that I have to contact Liz Claiborne. I hope someone can help me as I am so disappointed with this bag which I really love and this is the second bag that I bought that had these issues.

  9. I purchased a purse and love it but it keeps getting black coming though the coral /orange not sure why on both sides have wiped off and thought is was going but it came back any suggestions I love the purse and don’t want to pitch it

  10. Early in 2015, I bought a pair of Liz Claiborne eyeglass frames that I love but has problems with the bronze finish coming off of the metal part of the frame in less than 6 months. The Optical center where I bought the frames and had my prescription filled switched from a Pearle franchise and to MyEyeDoctor franchise and these frames were part of the Pearle left-overs. The Optical center could not order me a replacement set of frames because the franchise they are part of do not carry Liz Claiborne (now, I think I’ve discovered why). Since I had bought insurance for the frames, the Optical center gave me a choice of any other frames with my prescription for free. So, I did get another full set of glasses in another style but really loved the LC frames. So, I found a replacement set on-line via Coolframes, so I ordered those and had my local Optical center switch the lenses from the 1st pair in May. After another several months, the same problem with the bronze finish coming off of the metal part of the frame persisted with the replacement pair! I have the option to remove the lenses, send the 2nd pair back to Coolframes (for a $9.95 return postage fee) and they will send me a 3rd pair of the same frames but I really think this is a defect in the product and am considering whether want to go through this once again or cut my losses. Something is wrong with how metal on the frames are finished by the manufacturer, which is costing both retailers and customers time and money — and probably lowering the quality of the Liz Claiborne brand.

  11. I purchased a winter coat with hood barely 3 years ago & beginning last winter the batting inside is popping out all over the coat. Very unhappy about that when I paid the price I did. Would like to hear from Liz Claiborne about this.

  12. For Christmas 2015, I received a Liz Claiborne pocketbook, which I totally love. Unfortunately, the straps are ripping and will break soon. I know that Coach bags repair theirs for free or a slight fee. I was hoping that you will do the same. Since this bag is less than 3 months old, I feel that the bag should have lasted longer. Please let me now what you can do to help me with this problem. Thank you

  13. I have a pair of Liz sandals. They are not even a year old. Haven’t worn them much and the tip of the toes are worn off. Can’t say the quality is there. I will have to throw them out soon.

  15. I purchased a Liz Claiborne purse from JCP and after having it only 3 weeks the pin that holds the strap came off.

    Leaving me with a dangling strap. Any idea where I can go to get a replacement pin?

  16. I bought two matching pieces of Claiborne luggage three years ago at a new T. J. Maxx . I paid $84.00 total. They were a 20″ and 24″ expandable rolling suitcases with QUATTRO 4 wheel system. On the fourth trip to California using the 20 suitcase, one end of the handle pulled out of the top. I took the suitcase back to T.J Maxx with the receipt and was told I had to contact you, they wouldn’t do anything about it. I could not find any way to contact Liz Claiborne, all inquiry led to J. C. Penneys. I gave up and eventually offered the bag to a friend who was traveling internationally and needed a second smaller bag. Because she uses a wheelchair she was able to push the suitcase easily (the one nice feature). She took that suitcase to Penneys when she returned and they exchanged the bag for another (different one)!

    The 24″ has the same problem now, one end of the handle is ripping the material and I’m afraid to use it because it will eventually come loose. I used it last April on my trip to California. I took it to J. C. Penney to see if I could exchange it. I was told because I didn’t buy it from them they couldn’t do anything for me, I’d have to contact you. I don’t have the original receipt any longer but I do have a copy of the description and information on the suitcases…it shows a 10year warranty.

    I’m disgusted and dissapointed at the workmanship of these bags and the fact that it’s impossible to reach Liz Claiborne for help and no one takes responsibility. I will not buy another Claiborne item, ever.

    This comment may not go anywhere so I will send a letter to the New York address and wait to see if I get any reply.

  17. I bought 2 pieces of luggage at Sears Canada and now the back of one of the pieces is coming away I was under the impression this luggage is guaranteed for life please advise

    I purchased two summer t-shirts – a few years ago. They are well made and the 100% cotton is excellent – they were made in Jordan.

    I really like them and I would like to buy more. I purchased them in Sacramento at the JC Penney store at the Arden Fair Mall.
