  1. I purchased Loreal mascara at Walmart in Vista CA approximately 1 week ago and threw it out after 5 days because all I got was clumps of mascara when I used it. I kept having to clean off the brush head each time I used it. Finally got disgusted with it and threw it away. I bought this particular brand because I used other products of Loreal and I thought I would stick to the same brand but don’t believe I will purchase the Loreal mascara again. Would love to hear from you.

  2. I had the same problem, and am getting no help from Loreal. The problem only gets worse. Trying to correct this, waited approx a month and applied Loreal Superior Preference 81/2 A champagne Blonde and after the required time even waited an extra 10 minutes and NOTHING happened, it did NOT even lighten my color at all.

    Now at 12 cents short of $20.00 dollars, can not afford to keep buying this product and an getting a real bad feeling about Loreal’s credibility and integrity. Being on a fixed income the cost is to much for me to get my hair done professionally all the time, but a few more boxes of this junk will cost over a salon job. I will go to a different product and be sure to let all my friends know my experience. Hopefully, Loreal will step up to the plate and rectify this problem.

  3. On 17 March 2014, I was trying to get all the product out of lid of the L’Oreal Total Repair 5 Damage-Erasing Balm and the edges inside the lid were so sharp they sliced my finger. Since I’m on blood thinners, my finger bled for hours, even after using New Skin. This is very dangerous as I’m sure everyone tries to get all the product out of the lids.

  5. Why have a number that plays incessant disgusting elevator music, keeps sending out a message “thanking for your patience” and not that “my time is valuable” and picking up the phone at ALL! I was on 20 minutes twice.

    Your service is unacceptable

    I am a long time customer, ready to switch brands after this.

  6. The Colorist Secrets Color Remover stripped ALL color from my 12 year old daughter’s hair. The box clearly states THREE TIMES that it removes only -Professional Color, Not Natural Color-. She had beautiful full, naturally blonde hair (she received compliments everywhere she went). She had died approximately one inch of the bottom of her hair a light brown color, so I bough the color remover. IT TURNED MY DAUGHTER’S LONG. BLONDE HAIR A HORRIBLE SHADE OF GREY/YELLOW/WHITE!!! I had to pay $160.00 to have her hair colored professionally, and they had to color it a medium/dark brown to cover it!! Now that that color is washing out, the greyish yellow color is coming back through, and it looks mousy and almost greenish. I, too, have tried to call both the corporate number and customer service numbers to no avail. I am filing a claim with the BBB, and I will NEVER USE ANY LOREAL PRODUCTS EVER AGAIN!!!

  7. In the past 6 months I have bought 3 Telescopic mascaras which the brush broke on 2 of them. You seem to have change the brush and made them cheaper. I could not use the mascaras and would like it to be replaced. It would be greatly appreciated

  8. L’Oreal Superior Preference hair color does not contain enough liquid to make a good job of coloring!

    Considering its the most costly on the market, its very disappointing.

  9. Was trying to reach your customer service by phone ..( Hair Product customer service) after being hanged up on 5 times, I got the hint. Tried to call your corperate off with no answer. Operator just let it ring, ring, well you get the picture.

    I have been a Loreal fan and devoted customer. I wanted to speak to someone about your new hair color product.

    Superior Preference Mousse Absolue. I know my oppion is that of an average person and not a CEO of a company.

    I wasn’t up set but concerned that after 30 years or more of coloring my hair that it had a reaction to your new product. I had wanted to discuss this just incase I wasn’t the only customer. I’m not looking for anthing but respect. If there is someone who wishes to hear just how bad of a reaction I had to this product and show concern for me and other possiable customers. This is more of a suggestion: I have been using AAO1 Ultra Light Blonde and you might want to change the label on the applicator bottle as the blue dye on the label transferred to my hands while applying and thus left my hair with a blue tint. Other than that I have no complaints. Thanks for your time, Joanne

  12. Love the product. color of makeup ====but this pump bottle is not good. There is no way to get the full use of this product. Have tried three bottles and all the same result.
