  1. We are removing Malwarebytes Premium from our computers. We would like to get a refund on the purchase price we paid for this product. Thanks.

  2. On 3/25/18 I upgraded to your Premium package. On 3/26/18 the $49.99 was withdrawn from my bank account. On 3/27/18 I received an e-mail from Marcin Kleczynski, thanking me for choosing Malwarebytes. Yet I still do not have the Premium service. Either activate the service or give me a refund.

  3. I need someone to contact me about paying for (2) Anti-Malware Premium orders. (1) reference # 86047945 which is going to be renewed on Feb. 20, 2016. This computer is NO longer in service. Does not need to be renewed! I ordered an Anti-Malware Premium program for my new computer on 1/04/2016, reference #85435895, invoice # BKD-73612052187 for $24.95. This cost has been charged to my credit card on 1/04/2016. DO NOT charge me twice!! You can call me at ( or Email: @gmail.com. Please contact me one way or the other. I WANT to keep order reference # 85435895 on my new computer. I have the Premium program, why doesn’t it scan my computer automatically?

  4. I think Malwarebytes does a great job!! So there! Lately there has been a problem updating online—it says my database is outdated, but when I click on the update icon, it says “unable to access update server”. ????
    Please advise as I want your service & it also says I have 254 days left on my contract. Help!!!
