  1. I cannot activate my license. I have paid for the 39.99, one year. I know my license number. None of your websites allow me to type it in.

  2. The free version Of Malwarebites is all I would ever want to have. I signed up and paid for updated Premium. Premium restricted me from using certain web sites. Sites to update drivers etc. Premium cost me money to have an out source to reprogram and repair the my computer. The Premium version really sucks, I feel sorry for anyone who would update.

  4. On 3/25/18 I upgraded to your Premium package. On 3/26/18 the $49.99 was withdrawn from my bank account. On 3/27/18 I received an e-mail from Marcin Kleczynski, thanking me for choosing Malwarebytes. Yet I still do not have the Premium service. Either activate the service or give me a refund.

  6. I think Malwarebytes does a great job!! So there! Lately there has been a problem updating online—it says my database is outdated, but when I click on the update icon, it says “unable to access update server”. ????
    Please advise as I want your service & it also says I have 254 days left on my contract. Help!!!

  10. Terrible customer support. There is no one to call to help. Key given will not activate. Have to call cleaverbridge for help. Last time I get anything from Malwarebytes.

  14. I tried the free offer. and then purchased Malwarebytes premium. received and email with confirmation but no key or ID, Just a charge on my credit card for $49. This stinks as it is now telling me I am Not protected everytime I turn on my computer with a very annoying advertisement for me to purchase and the my free trial is over.

    I left a message for their support team 2 days ago. Still waiting.

Now I have slow load speeds, constant refresh to access my e-mails and a complete lack of response to these issues. Opening my home page sometimes takes up to 5 minutes, and have a terrible time even accessing my wireless network. Some options on my laptop have been disabled, accessing my personal programs have become extremely slow and loading on start-up takes WAY TOO LONG. Their response…send an e-mail. I AM UNABLE TO ACCESS MY E-MAILS. So where is my prompt response, they have my ph # and no call as of yet. Not a wonder they are all smiling on their corporate page. I want a resolution to this problem. Their customer service takes too long to reply, which says there are more issues like mine, and is not a positive attribute to this companies alleged “superior” product support. Had thought of increasing their coverage into my company, but with a service and product such as this, I am having severe reservations, and am doubting their supposed allegations of being a premier product with exceptional customer support.

    I am Dr.Wayne L. Parker,MD. I live in Moses Lake, WA. Early morning, on 10-30-2013. I surmised I would Purchase,”Malwarebytes” Pro. I had just recently finished the trial period, they offered. I received their email offer to provide me with a LIFETIME membership for Only $20. smackers. For this Extremely Efficient Software. Hec, even a $100.00, would be very reasonable.

    I copied and pasted the ID and license Key info into my free M-bytes program to activate and operate my “lifetime protection” software. It thanked me for activating the service. It did not change for quite sometime, so I repeated the process. Still, No change in programing. I cant even access the extra protection tools offered the paying customers.
