  1. Extremely poor service. Holding on for 30 minutes is bad enough but one hour! and still not answer! This is not the first time. In fact, numerous occasion over the years. Despite being a loyal customer for more than 20 years with high spending of minimum 10K to 30K per month. Yes, you have bonus link that made us stay on but this time round, enough is enough! Your customer service is hopeless. We wonder who is holding the fort.
