  1. My experience is to continuously say “representative” ….the automated system will keep insisting that it can help you, but you’ll have to say it like 20 times (literally) for you to finally be connected to someone…(so stupid)…hope this helps…

  2. It would be good if I could speak to someone here in the states. Even the English is fair, there is a difference in understanding. My issue was taken care of, I think.

  3. Wow wished I had read these before I bought now I totally UNDERSTAND ALL THE FRUSTRATION… N I HATTTE THhAT DAMN AUTOMATED idiot WHO ATTEMPTS TO DIRECT ME???? HAHA. N I tried to make a payment for 3 dang days. I was texted that my payment went through and my bal was 00. Imagine my surprise when I was cut off today for non payment and my bank stated that they kept approving the transactions and Metro kept REVERSING THEM? WHY?? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. horrible TRYING TO TALK TO ANYONE.. AND FINALLY, horrible MAKING A PAYMENT! I lost 2 DAYS OF MY LIFE DEALING WITH THIS INCOSIDERATE company. Wish they were as good as their COMMERCIALS ARE!! What a let down! Oh BTW I think I just made another payment? We’ll see??? Wow just reading more? SOOOOO right. The speed sucks..n might as well not even call the 30$ gig a PLAN??? ITS horrible. N the first number these people have me apparently belonged to an idiot who used EVERY LOAN COMPANY IN TOWN? U GOT IVER 300 TEXTS.. NOT NICE, TBE FIRST week THAT I HAD TO CHSNGE MY NUMBER WHICH I WAS CHARGED 20$ FOR? WHAT A CSRING COMPANY?? U got too big too fast n stopped caring about the people who got YOU there!!!

  5. I was lied to every time I tried to call if I even got an actual person, after several days of calling and not getting a real person, I have decided the phone is not worth being lied to so many times. I give them ZERO stars!

  6. I am sorry for your experience. This is a matter that should have been addressed immediately. I sure hope it has all worked out for you. I do understand disability, I had to go in as well ,Rashid was helpful to me as well as multi tasking .Perhaps you could call him and ask what a good time to talk would be,

    A professional customer service would have already responded. I am sorry for your experience and pray that you make prompt decisions for your security and health.

  7. I’ve tried calling 8 or 9 stores at different times of day in different locations and not a single one has answered the phone. Seriously?
