  1. I really love the product, and at first (first call to customer service was great). I purchased a replacement pen with a rep, which was super easy and convenient. I received a used and damaged pen instead of a new one… I made 8 calls to customer service, apparently they need to escalate issues, transfer tickets to managers who don’t call you back as promised, forget to actually input the ticket in… I’m starting to think the call center is a total joke. Nobody seems to have the ability to make any moves, they need to “escalate” everything to someone else. I have recommended the tablet to several classmates in my program, and I’m regretting it. I sent them a few customers, and I can’t even get taken care of as a customer? For something so small as a PEN? This is ridiculous

  2. I bought a load of rubbish – Surface 2 has no battery life and cannot get any access to the Support Group to try and resolve.

    I just want my money back and buy something that works!!

    Please advise?

  3. HELLO, I JUST GOT MY SURFACE PRO TODAY. I WAS MESSING AROUND WITH THE FONT AND SETTINGS, NOW I HAVE A WHITE BOX THAT GETS BIGGER AND SMALLER WHEN I TOUCH THE SCREEN. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET RID OF THIS?

  4. Can you help me? I am a 65 yr old not to computer literate women. I bought the Microsoft Surface RT at school. For this reason. I have down loaded the a free voice bible from (You Version.) Now I would like to down load that bible onto a flash drive and use it in in my pad because when I go to our bible study group the home we are in does not have WII or internet. So I need to use the flash drive. But will my pad play it? Can you send me a e-mail or call and let me know. Thank you.. Gloria. I hope you understand what my question is.
