  1. I received an offer in the mail for 3 full years of MidwestLiving magazine plus 3 bonus gifts for free. I paid this bill on July 30, 2016 with check #5501 on our Bank of America account. As of this Nov. 5, 2016 date I have received absolutely nothing. Either start sending lots of what I paid for or refund my money immediately. Sharon Holst

  2. I received an offer in the mail for a year’s subscription to both Midwest Living and Better Homes & Gardens and mailed a check on July 26 for $11 for a two-year subscription for both magazines plus I was to be sent three free cookbooks. I have not received either the magazines or books.

  3. I received the Taste of the Seasons V3 book in early February 2015. I returned the book first class insured the week that it was delivered to me. I have been sent to your collection agency for the book that I returned. I do not appreciate being harassed. I think that you need to check your files and get this straightened out.   4. I just received my Midwest Mag. today, and it said that was going to be cancelled. They had an order form attached which I should use. IDon’t think so after looking at my bank records I find that I ordered Sept.l, 2015 check #8606. Please take care of this..

  9. On February 11. 2014 I mailed a subscription, along with a check for $11.98, to your magazine, Midwest Living. My check has been cashed but I have not received the magazine yet. Will you please look into this problem?
