  1. I order a phone case and phone holder 3.30.2016 both were said to shipped together but only received half of my order its going on a month now. I will never order anything from them again. I suggest you do not order anything at all form this rip off. If I could negative stars I would.

  2. Doesn’t deserve half a star. Order placed 11/29/15. It is now 1/11/16 and no order. Won’t accept my password or the new one they sent. No phone number to call. Had to pay twice for Christmas gifts. Once to them and once to replace what never arrived. I won’t order again.

  3. Still waiting for my order for a Christmas gift since the beginning of December. Have spent ages trawling the website trying to find the “tickets” they claim you use to make contact but can’t find them

  4. This Mini in the box company is a complete scam! I ordered an IPhone case over a month ago, tried everything to contact them. There is no number for them, you can’t track your package at all.. Better Business Bureau needs to be notified immediately. Never again Mini!!!!!!

  5. I ordered stuff on July 31, 2015, it is now September 10, 2015, and I am still waiting for it. Never again will I get anything from this company. A lesson learned. I rate them a -4 Stars

  6. I cant sign in- and did the ‘forgot password’ route and have not received a temp password- forget it, I’m putting them in spam. They sent me to finish my order that is shipping 4x more than the merchandise so forget this chump site.

  7. Placed order 8.10.15 and it is now 10.7.15, website shows shipped in August and still not received. Phone# listed above (866.469.6464) goes to Mini Credit Card thru Visa… NOT MINI IN THE BOX! Why is there no real contact info for this company??? NEVER doing this again. Thank goodness I only placed a $5 order for USB replacement cord!

  8. I ordered a bracelet in November and it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. It is December 19th and still no bracelet. I have a ticket opened with them because there is no phone number to call. They responded to it saying that it was shipped and closed my ticket with a ‘resolved’ status. Very disappointed.

  10. I was told to put in rating. So …… Only because it will not print my reply, I am putting in one star. My choice is no stars. This is why…………I ordered a watch in Jan.4. To be delivered for a birthday gift. I have tried to get a reply. It seems it is a generic reply to all/ anyone who responds to them???? It has been over a month & still No GIFT!!! Very disgusted with the lack of skills as a ” company.?” Big mistake going with them. No one to speak to on this matter to get it resolved. Poor as in very poor customer service skills. Don’t I repeat don’t waste your time & money. Should have never left trust worthy, great, stand behind their company, ****** AMAZON*******. (Thankfully I’m not out a bunch of money.) LESSON LEARNED!

  12. I am not giving a star to this company. nearly 1 month I am waiting for my beauty brushes. but not received yet. at least they have to give any phone number or email address where the customer can contact. very poor, I cannot trust in future

  13. I refused an order in November becaused it cost more for shipping and customs and am still waiting on my refund it is over 78 dollars.

  14. Tommy, I ordered a car charger for my iphone6 read the reviews & was worried about my orders then it came in I said great I plugged to my truck & the thing doesn’t work don’t have a real way to contact them very poor c/s service will not order any more from them ppl

  15. It’s been a month and still haven’t received my order. I tried to track the order, and got a “Tracking Error” message. There’s no phone number or way to email them that I can find so far. I’ll keep looking. Drat!!!!


  16. I placed an order and my dog passed away . I returned the order via usps with insurance it has been over two weeks and no hear from at I did put insurance on it but its sad the order was perfect

  17. I ordered a few types of stylus on Sep. 10, 2014. The order shipped Sep. 11, 2014. It’s Sep. 29, 2014 and I still have not received the order !? My card was charged on Sep. 11, 2014. And I can’t find ANY way of contacting the company to ask !?
