  1. My medicare gap supplement policy number is XXXXX I am so upset by the way you people do business. Your sales rep linda sign me up when I enrolled in medicure part 1.I was told by her that the gap would help but I was employed by my employer intheir insurance blue cross blue shield of texas. She sign me up took out money monthly and I never used the insurance at all I work for a big company and my co workers sign on with you guys. After awhile of taking my money I was told by another co that it was wrong for her to sign me on. I only had part A medicure no part B and your supplement. whemn I called in every month I got a different answeevery time.I faxed over all the forms at least 4 times.Really. I was told you guys would not rembuse some of my money back for misanswering the questions and following the guidelines.I will not say quiet over this. How dare your sales rep not know that I was still working and only had part A medicure. I want to hear from you by letter and phone. My number is. I will except to hear from you soon. I will never say quiet over this mess. Not good business on your part. I would hope you would rembuse some of my money. I know a lot of people so not good at all. All you could do was take my money monthly on auto. I will let my co workers the situation and tell them to watch out for shakingthings like what you did on me. Your sales rep should be fired and you should give back some of my money. I will wait to hear from you soon. Thank you I will keep on you until this is resolved,,,,,,,

  2. I am John:policy number ABCUandME. Your record should show that I have always paid my premium annually. However, for whatever reason, you seem to change the rate and payment terms . I have called you at least three times in an effort to make the correction. Each time you have said it was a computer mistake and to continue to make the annual payment. For this year, you have already received and cashed the annual premium check from Bancorp South.
    Please check your records and send me a letter regarding the correction.

  3. I called on Monday and waited for an hour before a customer service representative took my call. Today was worse. I waited for TWO hours and no one took my call. I finally hung up. I dialed the number on my bill for policy service – 1-800-228-9999 and all I got was a repeated recording. This requires your utmost attention and certainly needs to be addressed.

    Candice Quick, obviously a misunderstanding—thanks for forwarding the . in Felisa’s Smith’s refund –BU1619327.. app could not be processed.. I do have your letter dated May 15, 2015.. refund should be $88.44..
