  1. I can no longer sign onto Netflix. We had a storm and now Internet Explorer goes down everytime I try to sign on. All other programs are working fine, just Netflix. Please help me fix it fast I love Netflix. I called my cable company and they tested and said was not their issue.

  2. THIS IS TOM LUCZKI I AM DEAF I NEVER JOIN NET FLIX BUT MAYBE I WILL BUT I HEARD THAT SOME DEAF FRIENDS COMPLAIN THAT NET FLIX MOVIES HAVE NO CLOSED CAPTIONS THAT WAS LAST YEAR, NOW WILL MOST MOVIES HAVE CLOSED CAPTIONS NOW?

  3. I knew someone is using my account because when i try to watch movies from three different devices,the message says upgrade to four devices,i want to know who is using my account and want to stop.

  4. I have not used the service since my free 30 DAY TRIAL ended in January of 2016 I have attempted to Cancel via website and over the phone to no avail…I am being accessed a $35. 00 NSF fee Monthly from my financial institution…Please CANCEL

  6. Was getting three movies a week via Omaha. Now get only one a week. If it continues, it is not worth getting 4-5 movies a month.

Netflix I don’t understand how they decided what movies to remove… Movies that have 4 or 5.stars that are red or yellow are being removed, yet these one, two or three star movies no one watches are still on Netflix WHY??? My favorite movies and TV shows are being deleted. Time to go over to Hulu.

  8. 10/01/2016 have not had Netflix for weeks.. telephone # for support keeps saying trouble with streaming, and are currently trying to fix.. then call goes to call ended.. get to speak with no one.. why so long a time and keep getting same message and problem not fixed. still paying for service not getting..

  10. Contacted Netflix because I was unable to login. Rep suggested using Google Chrome instead of Internet Explorer. I advised her that I am not going to install a different browser for each application or website I visit and demanded help with the problem at hand. She said “I’ll help you when you talk to me nicely.” I told her to f herself. Netflix is too full of itself for this planet.

  11. I have had Netflix for over a year now. I am from America but travel every year to different countries and was told as long as I had Netflix on my tablet, that I could watch my shows from anywhere in the world. I’m in Europe at the moment and Netflix will not let me log on because it is not available In the current country I am in? I am a American citizen using my American email, on my tablet that I’ve had for over a year, and am still paying for Netflix but can’t access it. I’m from the USA so I should be able to watch my shows. I will not recommend Netflix to my friends and will urge people to use Hulu or another site with better access and customer service.

  12. my husband signed up for free trial membership just week ago and he continue enjoying watching movies. The reason of my comments or rating is because the way the support center in Denver “Leniese” (hope I spelled her name correctly) on 6/19/15 handles the issues regarding sign in error. She’s very helpful and patience, with outstanding communication towards customers. On behalf of my husband we rate “Leniese” with 100%, working towards customer satisfaction. Thank you.

  13. Canceled Netflix 3months ago, back in June, on 09/07/ was charged 10.49 used to be 7.99. Called and made sure it was cancelled. On 09/09, the day after I called, I was charged another 10.49! What’s up with that???

  14. I called to ask to switch from mail delivery to streaming.

    I was told someone would call me back within 48 hours to help.

    A week later and still no call.

  15. We were watching a season 1 DVD of The Mentalist, but a notice about skipping a damaged section appeared several times, so much so that we couldn’t follow the story line very well. I will return it but I would like to have a duplicate of the same episodes, please.

    My email is having problems. I asked for them to send the password by text to my phone. they refused.

  18. oops, I misspoke earlier about being forced to move up the entire series to the top of the q. In the past, we could order 1 disc of one series and one disc of another series. Now we get inundated with the entire series

    Can we avoid this? I don’t want all six discs of good wife in a row. Why would I?

  19. I’m 57 and this is my first fan letter ever! I love my Netflix. My favorite program is Grace and Frankie. Sharp show.

    The cast is outstanding! Congrats to Jane Fonda and Lilly Tomlin – way to go ladies!

    I will never go back to cable!

  20. purchased new Roku and now cannot get back into Netflix – first had to change password and then it just keeps saying – error in processing your request – try later – it has been over 2 hours and even after trying to turn on and off again – still no progress – tried to call support and that was of no use. Plan to cancel this and go to amazon – this is a waste of money and more importantly MY TIME
