  1. Yesterday I called Netflix. The two women I talked to were outstanding. They tried one thing after another. Nothing worked but that was about my bank and my limitations as a elderly person. Toulon ( spelt wrong I know) was the manager the first girl referred me to. Both lady’s were kind explained things till I understood, didn’t act like being a senior citizen ment I am stupid and unable to learn new things. Let’s just say I didn’t cry once and when looking back I don’t cringe and feel like a looser. These women should teach class’s to ATT, Comcast and S.S however kindness, decency, respect for others is difficult to explain to people who think ,yes, that’s they think they are superior to the customer they are hired to serve.

  2. I continue to have the “unable to connect to Netflix” way to often 4 times in one month “really?” come on. Then I go to the suggested http://www.netflix.com/help site and the page is “unable to display” as well as the official website. My internet connection and web browser work perfectly fine why is Netflix such a pain. This is ridiculous, I understand computers and stuff get glitches once in a while but over and over in a months time. For a network as popular and dominate as Netflix, that should be rare.

  4. Netflix helped me out and was very positive about it. I had changed the language to Spanish and could not get it back to English. Within 5 minutes, problem solved.

  5. I enjoy all movies BUT on my Tablet no problem. On my computer screen the sound or voice doesn’t stay with picture. The sound runs ahead of picture. Whats wrong.?

  6. I see that you repete the movies to many times in different pages .That way it looks like you have a big amout of movies but is not like that.No accttion movies just about 15 and the rest is all ather stuff

  7. I wish you could run all the episodes from your Star Trek series. Why do u only show half the shows and never change them out? There r specific ones I would like to see but never can

  8. It seems that I always have a long wait watching the spinning circle on the screen this is a every night occurrence. so far your service stinks.

  9. I like netflix. But I’m paying the same price for 1.something version, as everyone that currently has a 3.6version!?!??? Why? My amazon Fire Tv is receiving a much inferior version!? While the wii ( that has not been updated in 3 yrs) carries a3.6 version,,, need to get with the program Netflix! Going to drop service if not corrected!

  10. I’ve had netflix for several years now. Called customer service twice during that time and received great service from a live person each time. The variety of DVDs and the variety available on instant streaming is great. Having cable and satellite in the past, Netflix has been the best deal yet!

  12. Problems:1 asks if i’m a customer.2tells me to try another movie,then none of them work.3when I select a movie it starts to load then goes back to where you selec play. 4when I select Queue it shows 2 rows of movies then stops.

    Are you able to fix the problem?

  13. I want corporate office to call me asap!!! They will not return my calls. They are charging my card WITHOUT my permission! Fraud… will only refund 1 month according to customer service!!! Please be careful… I never used NETFLIX!!!! I will not stop until I get my full refund! Sneaky people. FRAUD!!
