  1. I HAVE BEEN WEARING NEW BALANCE TENNIS SHOES AT MY WORK IN A HOSPITAL FOR YEARS. THE LAST TWO PAIRS I HAVE PURCHASED HAVE NOT PERFORMED WELL. (#475 AND NB #608). THE SOLE SEPARATES FROM THE UPPER ON EITHER SIDE OF THE TOE BOX. THE FIRST PAIR THIS HAPPENED TO, I DECIDED IT WAS JUST A FLUKE (MAYBE FABRICATED ON A FRIDAY?) BUT WHEN IT HAPPENED AGAIN, I THINK THAT MAYBE THE SHOE’S INTEGRITY/WORKMANSHIP HAS DECLINED.

    I RECENTLY SAW A NEWS PIECE ON ABC NEWS THAT YOUR SHOES WERE BEING CONSIDERED FOR THE MILITARY AND THAT THEY WERE MADE IN AMERICA. CLEARLY, MY PAIRS STATE “MADE IN CHINA”.

    I’M DISAPPOINTED IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THESE SHOES. I’LL GLUE THEM TOGETHER WITH SHOE GOO AND THEY WILL BECOME MY GARDENING FOOTWEAR.

    SADLY, I WON’T BE PURCHASING ANYMORE NEW BALANCE SHOES FOR WORK OR PLAY.

  2. I have a new balance set of walking sneakers about 6 mos old & tongue has come off from stitching. It there a place i can send to get repaired since they were not frequently warned?.

  3. I have been trying to reach customer service with a problem I am having with my new balance 409 shoe as they are starting to crack and break down after only 4 months wear. Please advise me as to how I find someone to talk to about my problem. B G Altheimer

  4. I received a pair of NB as a gift, after 3 months of wear the right shoe was coming unglued from the toe to the arch of the shoe. The left shoe was starting to come unglued. The leather was cracking on both shoes and looked old. After spending 20 minutes on the phone with customer service, all Scott could to was to send me a $10 gift card for the shoes. I have to drive 60 miles to the nearest town to purchase NB shoes. I will NOT buy another pair of NB shoes again, due to poor quality and NO customer service The customer service rep keep asking me for the receipt for the shoes, so I could take the shoes back the store. Sorry NB does not have customer service and will not stand behind the products that the company sells. I ask the customer service did he have his receipt for his socks and underwear and he said no. But I am supposed to keep receipts for ever to replace shoes. I even offered to send the shoes back to the company and he told me that I could not do that. Never will I purchase NB shoes again, nothing but junk from China.

  5. I made an order for two pair of shoes on 8/7/2014. I have been trying to track the order since that date to no avail. When I click on track order in the email received I get a blank page. When I go to the web page there is no option to track the order. When I called customer service I opted for their return call procedure, but the call has not been returned. This is 24 hours later. If you call customer service you are put on hold forever. I must give their customer service a zero as of this writing.

  6. I have been buying New Balance shoes for years. The problem with the New Balance 623 is the sole or bottom of the shoe keeps separating and I have to superglue it back together. I have never washed the shoes and my latest pair of New Balance shoes I bought 5 months ago started separating after the 2nd month. I have to superglue the sole back to the shoe and then the next week another side or section comes apart. They use an inferior glue and do not want to assist with the problem. Their solution was for me to buy Gorilla glue and glue the soles of my shoe back on. I will never buy New Balance again. I am looking at Asics as a permanent solution.

    DO NOT buy 623’s unless you are prepared to glue them back together on a regular basis.

  7. It seems that your quality has take a serious hit. I wear the NB 623 and the last 2 pairs I’ve owned have had the sole detach from the shoe. Can you tell me about your efforts to fix this problem or should I find a new shoe company?. I’ve been a loyal customer but this situation is not right. I need to buy new shoes in a couple of days so please contact me soon.

  9. I am trying to purchase a pair of your mw577 black string walking shoes in a 10 narrow. unfortunatlly I can’t find any in narrow widths. I live in the lake Jackson,tx. area. can you help?

  10. I bought 2 pairs and one pair has started to hurt. My problem is it has been 28 days and it is Saturday evening and the store in Mississippi said i have to deal with the store i bouoght them at, in Arkansas, By the time i get overe there the 30 day guarentee will expire. can you help me?

  11. Your company is a very disappointing on the quality it’s product. I have always been a big supporter of made in U.S.A sorry for turn on the working class american. The product is shabby and look like plastic, which I’m sure they are. NEW BALANCE your product is crap.

  12. Bought grandson New Balance baseball cleats on 2/25/15. Wore them for four tournaments staring in April and this weekend while at Battle of Omaha tournament the laces tore out of the poorly constructed eyelets. Had to masking tape the shoe on to get through the game. Repurchased cleats next morning at jerk’s Sporting goods and noticed the shoe had already been revised to have re-enforced lace eyelets. As I purchased defective shoes first at a new price – what compensation do you offer?

  13. I have bought & enjoyed New Balance sneakers for 45 years & I have 1 complaint on a pair of sneakers . I called New Balance & received a hard line solution for my complaint. After all these years of being a faithful customer I am very dissatifed with their customer service . I am now seeking other brands to purchase.

  16. i have bought new balance shoes for many years. the pair i bought 6/14 were crap i have never washed them and the sole is coming off the right shoe i`m on ss disability and can`t buy a new pr every month . very disappointed in your product
