  1. Rating does not deserve any stars! The worst customer experience I have ever experienced. Absolutely useless. Customer service regarding non-delivery of paper just provides for the current day only, and does not allow entry of multiple days. No option was provided for a conversation with a live person. My paper has not been delivered for the past 6 days.

  2. Your web site sucks. I tried filling out the customer help form (once I found it, not easily) and then I couldn’t send it because it wanted “a valid E-mail address”. Well, folks, the E-mail address I put on the form is the one I’ve had for 20 years and it works just fine, thank you very much.
