  1. I recently suffered from ‘POWER SURGES’ effecting my home. I couldn’t speak to a human being, as it occured over the weekend. On Monday morning, I was able to speak to a LIVE HUMAN BEING! UNBELIEVABLE!!! A real person! Within two hours, two NSTAR service trucks were in front of my home. I, or you, could NOT ask for more Professional, Courteous, Understanding, Safety Concious, Well-mannered, Informative, Polite, Knowledgeable Absolute PROFESSIONALS! Couldn’t ask for better service or people!!!! Complete PRO’S!!!

  2. My power was shut down, when they had already received the payment. I called to resolve the matter and everyone that I spoke to was beyond rude. I explained to them that I have a baby and I needed my power back on, they did not seem to care. I’m going to get in contact with the right person to complain and get this stituated.. This company needs to better their customer service and their way of doing business!!!

  3. Worst customer service. I have never written or called to voice a complaint with a company until now. The attitudes on the three people that I was passed around to on a power outage call was terrible.
