  1. Ordered a gas stove. Required to be 18” off floor, no legs in box for stove. Called customer service, after about a 30 min hold they told me the stove didn’t come with legs. Are you kidding me. Girl said it was in the manual, not. Totally disappointed in their customer service, and don’t advise anyone to buy their products.

  2. Called Pleasant Hearth (GPH GROUP) customer service two separate times in the same day and waited on hold 30 minutes each time with no response!

    Tried to e-mail customer service but session timed out after one minute!

    Can’t help thinking if one needed to contact them Regarding a product issue just how much time one would have to spend trying to contact them?

    Extremely poor customer service – be forewarned!

  3. Purchased a fireplace form Lowes in December. It has not worked properly from the beginning. Lowes answer is to remove the fireplace and bring it back. Like that is easy. What good is a two year warranty when they can’t service it. Factory is impossible to get in touch with. Almost 1700 dollars to install, 12 inches of snow outside and we are still freezing our ass off.

  4. I purchased a 24 inch lifetime fireplace grate in 2014 and have just ordered another one as the first one finally fell apart. When you say lifetime warranty does that mean I would receive a credit or something for the first one not lasting? I have taken a photo of it and can email it to whomever.
