  1. I cant get the main game to down load at all I get the first page and the rest don’t down load I want the lock off of it now I pay for these game and I want it to work its been a week now if it don’t work with in a day I will have to take actuib

  2. I play thousands of games of Scrabble. When I trounce Computer 2, I receive 100 points. When I severely beat Computer 2, I always receive 250 points. Other games, I win 500, 700, 1000, 2000, and 4000 points. I am dismayed at the time spent and the expertise at this end to receive ‘small points’ for the trouncings??? How do you calculate a win in points??? Every time I am treated poorly in points, I shut the computer down and get angry. Is this your point? What is your point????

  3. i play euchre – my only complaint is your rating system.. 57% of games won 1581 rating — 51% wins 1991 rating — 53% wins 1603, Please explain this to me in plain English!! Higher % of wins should be a higher rating dont understand your rating system!!!

  5. Pogo.com/Electronic Arts IS ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES. THEY KEEP THEMSELVES SO INTENTIONHALLY HIDDEN THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM. I HAVE GONE TO THEIR HELP PAGE SEVERAL TIMES BUT I KEEP GETTING REDIRECTED TO THEIR FORUM PAGE. I WANT AND DESERVE LIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT BUT THEY REFUSE TO OFFER OR DO NOT PROVIDE ANY ASSISTANCE. SUDDENLY I CANNOT LOAD TWO GAMES I PREVIOUSLY PLAYED EVERY DAY. IT IS VERY SUSPICIOUS AS ALL OTHER GAMES LOAD EXCEPT THESE TWO. IT APPEARS AND SEEMS OBVIOUS THAT SOME RANDOM POGO EMPLOYEE HAS INTENTIONALLY BLOCKED ME FROM JUST THESE TWO GAMES BECAUSE I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.. SINCE THEY ARE SUCH A BADLY RUN COMPANY IT WILL NOT BE LONG BEFORE THEY WILL LOSE ALL THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS.

  7. Cannot access any help on pogo website. They allowed me to sign up for an account and charged my credit card but I cannot access what I paid for. This is incredibly poor marketing. I need a phone number to talk to a real person.

I want to cancel my membership but just like any one else I can not get a hold of anyone and the one place where it says that you can go and cancel says you will not get a refund which I think is just wrong as mine has just been renewed in August and it tells me that they will cancel it, but I will forfeit and money back. I used to love this game site but can not get into a lot of the games and can never get help, there support really sucks. They don’t want you to get a hold of them because then they can just keep your money. They will have my money this time, but it will be the last that they get out of me.

  13. pogo is doing a disservice to the senior population. Many of us who find it difficult to get around enjoy the ad free membership games,but they have such poor customer service ( being none what so ever ), and refuse refunds or to fix the problems with passwords etc.that they are taking this enjoyment away from us. Not to mention our money. It will be hard to fill all the hours without scrabble, trivia and many other games.Shame on Pogo

  14. Same story—different person! I can’t get through to them. I posted on POGO forum and got told to access HELP which is what I’ve been doing with absolutely no success. Now all of my posts were altered and now deleted! Seems a paying customer has no recourse when they have problems. I’ve been a Club Member with them for several years—7 or 8 years. All I need is my email address updated with them–they are sending answers to an old email address. For Pete’s sake–this is an easy problem to correct. Shouldn’t be any hassles!

  15. Well, I had the same problem just forgot my password and was told for $150.00 they can fix me up because my computer was hacked I just wanted my password sent to me. So I will not be renewing my subscription either…

    this is a big scam just for a password

  16. I have been trying for the last month to get back on Pogo. They send me my Screen name and comes back no record, and when I try it comes back no record. The phone # that are listed are the scams people and they say they can fix the problem but it is going to cost money . I am disappointed in the Pogo service and just I didn’t get involve with the Pogo people.   17. Have been trying for months to get this resolved on my account so I can renew my membership. But the longer it goes on and the more I can’t get a hold of anybody to talk too the more I am pulling away from renewing my membership if I do get it resolved. We pay lots of money to play on pogo but when we have problems there is no way to contact them for help. That is no way to run a business with people paying you. I ain’t fussy on the non membership stuff and home page but under the conditions I will play that way then pay for service where people don’t care. I got through to 1 person who said my account was stopped because of a hacker which I don’t understand nor does my computer repairman to effect pogo to do that. I have gotten it repaired to stop the hacker but pogo still refuses to reinstate me. As I said before have been trying for months to resolve this issue but cant. so I will no longer be a member . I think it is time pogo customer service started working with the people that pay them on pogo instead of against them. Give us a number and email to get ahold of them so we can resolve problems.

  18. Dear Sirs, How can i get help from pogo, phone numbers are all disconnected or changed. I am having issues with playing hearts, my win or loose point value will not change, also cannot change level of game to compete in. Please help or tell me how to get help. thank you Ken Nielsen
