  1. MADE A RESERVATION TODAY NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE A CORRECTION ON THE SPELLING OF THE NAME. REPS NEED TO SPEAK STANDARD ENGLISH THEY CANT GET TO THE PROBLEM INSTEAD THEY SPEAK AROUND THE PROBLEM AND WANTING TO CHARGE FEE FOR A CORRECTION OF A MIDDLE NAME

  2. cant reach a customer service rep just a computer. trying for half hour.This is the worse damn customer service anywhere. Use another company!

Had an ordeal booking flight it wouldn’t give me flight after entering everything and thinking I gotvitvoaid for then it comes back can’t get that flight need to check different flight… And it booked on us airways instead of trams air! Which was suppose to be $251.03 but they got me the other flight on us air for $259.00 instead not really happy bout that ! The times for departure ect are different so I have to be at airport extremely early which May Neva problem getting a ride ! Would like to talk to a real person about this! Also now need to book a car … Can I book it at a different time and pay with different credit card?

  4. This was my 1st attempt to use Priceline for a car rental– just terrible- you can not call a phone number they list and talk to a live person at any of the numbers listed- TERRIBLE

My hotel was cancelled due to an error from Priceline and I was stranded in New York and had to get another hotel for twice the price and that charged me for internet service and was a horrible hotel. Their customer service is terrible and they have no integrity nor care about their customers. Be aware. You might be getting a cheaper price but you will end up paying more in the end through stress and aggravation. They are unreliable and difficult to deal with.

  7. today I did reservation with Priceline. It’s already an hour I didn’t get any email. I’m trying to call the customer service line. I am having no luck. I am very disappointed. In the next 10 min. I will call credit card to stop payment.

  8. I talked to a priceline rep 2 times. The first one could not help, then hung up on me. Second one read the same scipt then told me they could not help me. Aked for the next level supervisor….they read the same script again then told me they could not help me. Priceline charged me 87.31 per night for a room that everyone else was paid 69.67 for ( all tax ..included). For my hotel stay, I paid 35.28 more for using Priceline on my reservations. Don’t use Piricline, they overcharge, then have no customer service to correct any issues. Even if you can get a live person, they will just read a script with no resolve.
