  1. I bought an RCA cambrio tablet in June. After 4 weeks it would not charge. Sent it to New York(my expense). After waiting quite a while called and was told it was sent to Onterio for repair. Another wait and finally got one back( don’t know if original or not and message inside said it was sent back “because, didn’t like”, NOT the case. It worked for ONE WEEK and then could not connect to internet. Have had two Internet technicians try to get me onto internet, but can’t. Out of 6 months—have been able to use about 5 WEEKS. Will never buy RCA again….Carolyn Hunter

  2. Purchased a RCA tablet from HSN on March 3,2018, model rct6503w12h1. Today Z green came up, froze, was unable to do anything with it, then screen went black. Unit fully charged. Called It at Rca and did no troubleshooting, made no attempt to help. Was told to send unit back at my expense. I spoke to supervisor who said can’t help, didn’t want to know nothing. Basically said he couldn’t waste any more time with me, just send it back and pay for shipping. I went to manual online and found reset button hit that and it came back. What untrained, unqualified customer support. I would never buy RCA again!!! This reset took me 3 minutes, their solution would take a month and cost me shipping.

  3. RCA W101-CS tablet. is not supported thru RCA . Good luck getting it to work. Why would I want to return an item a first,second, and possibly a third time to RCA. We just opened it , and never worked. I think that I’ll spend a little more and get a

    Dell / Microsoft tablet.

  4. RCA W101-CS is a sham . Don’t buy it . We could never get it to start. A good price , for a paperweight. Totally worthless

  5. We recently purchased a RCA tablet Model W101-CS thru HSN. Unfortunately we have been unable to use it. The first one never was able to access our Wi-Fi. We returned it to HSN for a replacement, a week later, we received the second one. Now we cannot open anything , it just keeps restarting. RCA customer service wasn’t helpful at all and just asking us to return it for repairs. If you don’t have a good product, why do you promote excellent service?

  8. I do not think RCA is the answer as they will not even use their right phone number. I bought new tablet in Feb charger it once and it ill not charge again I have searched for days for an RCA customer service/support. I was unable to return to Amazon as I was unavible in the their 30 day period, I was a few days over. At this point the tablet is probably trash as is Amazon for electrical products. Amazon would supply with me the customer service number for the warranty. I do not know if there is a warranty. Sleazeball business

  10. I’m very, very disappointed with RCA. I bought a new DVD player and it does not work. I can’t get a working phone number for rca. I will never buy another rca product. They’re good at taking your money and that it all.

  11. Bought a RCA DVD player at Sears. Had it only 2 months. Neither Sears or RCA would replace, said you only had 15 days to return. Bought as a gift for Christmas. Poor Customer Service. Will not buy another RCA product.

  12. I bought a 7inch tablet for xmas in 2014.it stopped working about 6 weeks ago.its impossible to reach rca to get some help on fixing or replacing it.i will never buy an rca product again.

  13. I purchased rca pro 10 edition tablet for Christmas had short time it messed up! rca sent me another and short time it messed up will NEVER buy rca again!….2 tablets within less than 2 1/2 months!…CRAZY!! never would I recommend RCA product

  14. I received an RCA 7 Voyager with Keyboard Folio for a Christmas gift. The i button on the keyboard does not work. How can I get a replacement keyboard and case for this? It was a gift so I have no receipt. Thank you.

  15. I bought a tablet and can’t use it. Need help but nowhere to be found. RCA used to be a trusted name but not anymore I guess. I am very disappointed in their customer service and will advise all my friends not to buy this make.

  16. I purchased a RCA 32″ LED TV. I could not get the tv to work with the Directv remote. I called Directv support tech and could not get the remote to respond to the power and volume control, which was the main problem. We tried several code numbers and nothing worked. I called RCA C/S and was told to push mute and select at the same time, put in the code number and then press power. After four different codes, the tv went black. The remote for Directv now works fully with the tv. The number I called for RCA Support: 888-977-6722. HIP HIP HOORAY FOR STEPHANIE!!!!!!!!!

  17. had the same thing happen to mine.sat for three hours in car came back and i had a big plastic bubble inside that popped it open. no phone # for our problem
