  1. How do I get a replacement phone. Tis phone is having a lot of problems and will not hold a charge. I have replaced battery twice and it still will not hold a charge.

  2. Returned my phone & charger since they did not work. Sent letter stating I would not pay an additional fee to get a replacement for the defective phone. Also stated I was changing providers but as yet the company has not cancelled my service so am unable to use another provider. Please cancel since it has not worked in over 30 days and was returned to you 9-14-15. Unable to do this by CS ph#. No option and no human to talk to!

    I just received a message from you telling me your going to cancel my service on April 21st 2016 for no reason. You are a government subsidized program and you must play by the rules. I just renewed with you about 2 months ago Burton Griebel owner of the website and 3 blogs “ thepeoplescongress.com” this is fraud and the tax payers will not stand for this anymore. Phone # 480-540-3804 I have had numerous problems with your service and others like you and the inept employees working for you while talking too them, and disregarding the rules required by your company to maintain your government contract by law as perceived by said contract, and will not take your threats lightly while all of you get rich off the tax payers. YOUR WEB MASTER HAS NO RIGHT TO BLOCK MY COMMENTS to cover up your lack of business commitments to live up to your contract to the government and the tax payer while you get rich from government subsidy’s . I’m on numerous websites reading all the complaints against you, which constitutes a breach of contract with the government program your affiliated with. THIS IS AN OBAMA PHONE, and not put out there for you and all the private company’s too exploit for capital gains. It it not owned by your private company and is subject too the laws that bind the contract you must abide by as stated by law’s pertaining to said contract. Your contact info informs us you will be recording us all for training purposes, and I have done the same “anticipating” this kind of problem, arising from and too include the lack of due diligence with the dissipated training and the misleading of telling the truth on behalf of the consumer involved.   5. wow, reachout??? im reading all of these comments and I am seeing nothing but dissatisfied customers!!! I have had my reachout phone since 2011 and I have had beautiful, unblemished service. that is, until sometime early in the spring of this year. you made some change that not only DESTROYED the reception, but it also WIPED OUT ALL OF MY ARCHIVED MSGS!!!!! the phone does not get the allotment of min sometimes and will burn those up faster than I can call. I don’t know what you did, but I suggest you UN-do it!!!! you are going to lose SOOOO many customers(self included) if this is the level of svc you are going to provide. to the webmaster: I don’t need or care if you ALLOW this to be posted. what I DO care about is this msg getting into the hands of someone that can restore the svc back to the level it was. Thank you

    then i called tech support and left my number and never got a reply

  7. What happen to the old web site that had all the options at one site. I type reach out wireless and I get lists of reach out and countless others. When I pick reach out wireless add minutes I get other sites, where I still can’t add minutes. Instead of seeing my account I got this web site. Working with this company is getting more difficult every time I try to. What happen to the old web site with personal information, minutes purchased, phones for sale,? Why is there lists of other service providers, and the reach out options don’t bring me to the reach out official site to see my current up to date information?

  8. tried to get my phone activated twice, no luck. the reps are not helpful when they find out you can.t see or don’t know what button does what!

  9. I have tried for two weeks to recertify. They tell me I will be cut off if I don’t. Well here is the problem there is no one to talk to, you just get a machine then it hangs up on you. I need a phone I am in renal failure but it’s not worth all the bull shit you have to go threw to get one and keep it. So go ahead and shut mine off it’s not worth my health to fool with you.

I called Reachout Wireless because I wanted to check how many mins I had on my phone, the man I talked to was able to help me with, but when I asked him how many mouths do I get extra, bonus minute mouths, he had a little terrible. Well he seem not to like my suggestion than he needed more training. Since I talked with him I have been unable to use my phone, I just keep getting this message saying that my mins have been used up, but yet my service is not off. I know I have 1482 mins, because I just added 10 dollars to my account today 9/22/2014. Now I don’t know if you allow your employees to block people from using their phone or if that is a policy, but let me tell you I’m a disable person that is very ill, who lives 20 miles from town and I need to be able to reach the police or ambulance at a moments notice. Also I would like to know who my lawyer should contact in case of my death .

  11. You people really would do better with two tin cans and a string. I get multiple, daily text messages about SALES!” and how I need to re-certify when I al ready have done so. It is terribly annoying as I am in ill health and get very anxious when my cell phone rings. I have been told by a representative that the re-certification texts would stop since I have already done this THEY DIDNT!

    Would you PLEASE get some operators that know what they’re doing?

  12. WHY IS IT THAT HALF THE TIME YOU DONT RECEIVE YOUR MINUTE BEFORE 10 DAYS INTO THE NEW MONTH. OH AND IF YOU PURCHASE MINUTES AREN’T THEY YOURS TO USE SPARRINGLY AND AT YOUR DISSPOSAL? WHY IS IT THAT THEY DON’T SEEM TO CARRY OVER EVEN IFTHE REPRESENTATIVE ASSURES YOU THEY DO? ALL OF THIS AFTER 45 MINUTES OF “ON HOLD RECORDINGS” OFTHE INSTRUCTIONS TO ENTER YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER WHICH IS SOMETIMES NOT RECOGNIZED. FINALLY “JOE” ANSWERS TO PUT YOU ON HOLD. NOT A PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION BUT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IS.

  13. When you push #1 for English it would be nice to get someone that speak and understand English. It would also be great to not talk to someone that does not start off by lying to you by giving you a made up name that they have picked off of a list of names to use.

  17. I have had one of your phones for at least two years. During that time frame I have always had difficultly trying to reach a human to talk with , a very long waiting time , when i do get one . Also your adding minutes is more costly then other programs around. I am changing to a different government phone program as of the 1st of may. So consider this as my cancelation notice.
