    I just wanted to ask some questions, thru email nor phone, simply impossible to contact.

    Imagine if I did sign up and need some support.

    Dear Sir – It is unfortunate that i need to write to the corporate office about an issue that could have been solved in seconds. BUT THERE IS NO WAY ANY ONE CAN GET THRU THE NORNAL SUPPORT NO PROVIDED. and I cannot do a ticket because the system wont let me add this phone no to my account which is required for me do any ticket on this line.

    Over the years I enjoyed R services and am delighted to have a free service option. my problem is i have a line of service – tel # 3-1966 on my sprint branded iPhone 5C. The line works great on the iPhone 5C and we have no complaint. However, My wife -Sharda Patel – needs here iPhone 5C to use on her post paid account on sprint. The problem is sprint cannot activate that 5C unless it “released or de-activated” from the ring plus account. Both Sprint Reps and myself are trying for over month to talk to R Customer support so we can get it solved. its not that we are leaving Ring plus as we still have another service line working on the R network.

    I dont know why it is so difficult to have such a simple issue take so long and I request anyone – the corporate office or whoever can help solve my simple problem.

    PLEASE HELP ME GET THE ISSUE RESOLVED. THANKS FOR LISTENING AND HOPE I AM NOT OFFENDING ANYBODY AS I DON’T HAVE ANY OTHER ISSUES. I AM SURE I NOT THE ONLY ONE IN THE SITUATION, SO PLEASE ADD AN EMAIL OR GENERAL QUESTION SUPPORT LINE. I DON’T MIND IF I HAVE TO “PAY” TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON TO GET MY ISSUE SOLVED.

  3. I recently purchased iphone 4 for Ringplus Leonard 2 .But I am unable to connect the phone service as I am unable to get help from Ringplus Tech help .I am very disappointed and hope somebody at Ringplus can assist me
