I would like to express the over the top customer service I received from Amir Kahrimanovic (Store Mgr) and Mahogany Armour (Sales Rep) starting on January 15th and continuing on January 19th at the State Street Store Downtown Chicago. Overall the store environment was very pleasure and welcoming. Unlike a store I later entered that evening in Tinley Park off Harlem and 183rd.

    The personal attention, professionalism and exceptional service I receive, at State Street, was so refreshing! They never tired of my questions and services needed and were amazingly helpful in assisting me with every phone, fax and every other service I requested. They were very knowledgeable of ATT equipment and services available. Thank you!! I left thinking… WOW, I was serviced by the very best of the best.

    Big shout out to AMIR & MAHOGANY at State Street Chicago! Again, Thank you! I really appreciate your professional customer service with both your unique personal touch. Please keep up the excellent service!

  2. I honestly do not see how Sprint stays in business. Anytime I call customer service, I just get shuffled from one ‘department’ to another until finally the call is dropped. Today, the process took 85 minutes. I’m buying an iPhone and getting rid of Sprint forever. Also, I HATE the ‘make your own envelope’ bill they send–incredibly annoying!

  3. Please let me talk to a customer service person. I have tried every number possible and you have my billing messed up. You cashed my last check but list me as past due. PLEASE IS THERE A REAL, HONEST TO GOODNESS, LIVE PERSON I CAN TALK TO?

  4. I have a HTC EVO 3g cell phone 3 weeks ago the phone just went out while I was charging it. So, I went to sprint repair store (Mobile, AL-schillinger and airport) and I was told that the LCD light in the phone went out. DUH! I was told to pay $75-100.00 to have it repaired or go onto sprint easy payment plan and buy a new one. I DON’T want a new one. I tried several times trying to explain that all my information is in that phone and all I NEEDED was to have it repaired. The salesperson tells me that my phone is outdated and couldn’t be repaired. My phone is consider too old. OMG, is this what it has come down to Sprint is worried about selling new phones, rather than helping and/or satisfying their customers. So, I tried to explain to him that my contract was up next month and would he be willing to give me an early upgrade? He said “NO” but you can go onto SPRINT EASY PAYMENT PLAN. He plugged this new campaign twice. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! NOT LISTENING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

    Next day I decided to go to the Sprint store in Mobile, AL-airport blvd. Young salesperson approach me and spoke, I explain my dilemma to her. She than started plugging the same sales pitch to me: SPRINT EASY PAYMENT PLAN. I also, explained to her about my contract will be up next month and can I get an early upgrade? I was telling her that all my important information was in the broke phone and I really needed it to be retrieved. She tells me she couldn’t help me, or I should go to another cell phone repair store that is not Sprint and maybe they will be able to retrieve my information from the phone that’s broke and put it on the new phone it/or when I buy a new SPRINT EASY PAYMENT cell phone. My Contract is up 25 days 14hrs and 30mins and GOOD BUY SPRINT.

    Shame on you Sprint!

  5. i think you should be able to block phone number on your phone so people can stop calling you and i know you can block text message i want to block a guy phone number on my phone now and i have to call the sprint people that is so dumb

I PLACED A ORDER ON LINE FOR 2 GALAXY NOTE 2 AS OF WEDESDAY ,APRIL 23 ,PAID A 100.00 DEPOSIT ,THE ORDER WAS SUCCESSFUL ,THAN CALL THE NEAREST STORE TO SEE IF I COULD PICK IT UP AND THEY WERE OUT AND TRIED ANOTHER STORE AND NOTHING .SO,I CALL SPRINT AND SPOKE TO A NON -ENGLISH PERSON ,NO HELP ,THE SECOND PERSON, AN AMERICAN COULD’NT FIND THE ORDER AND THE PHONES ,THAN I CANCEL THE ORDER ,AFTER THAT SHE PASS ME TO A 3RD PERSON AND NO HELP AFTER 147 MINUTES ON THE PHONE WITH ALL THREE REPS. SPRINT CUSTOMER SERVICE AINT SHIT.

  7. Sprint Customer Service is an oxymoron. I am on hold with my cell provider, Sprint. I signed a new contract with them several months ago at which time I was assured they would be ‘the best service in the country’ with 4g networking by the end of ’13

    in January of ’14 I still didn’t have 4g and was told it would be at the beginning of ’04. nothing yet! i have been on phone with them for 45 mins and been transferred several times and hung up on or dropped, another testimony to their customer service. I asked for either a release from contract, an adjustment to my charges, or 4g service and was told they couldn’t do any of that. When you are looking for a carrier keep this in mind or contact me. Sprint!!!! I was just on hold with a ‘Senior Tech’ for 24 mins. I am finding that the hugher the ladder you get with their customer the longer they can put you on hold with no check backs before they drop you

  8. My sprint phone, constantly drops calls. I went into one of there service center and informed that there was a problem with the phone and that I could not adjust the volume also, the sales rep tried to sell me a new phone and contract. The phone could not be replaced according to him even though I had a service plan. This is the worst customer service that I’ve ever had and would never recommend sprint to anyone I know and any of my own customers. When I had team mobile they sent me a new phone immediatly Sprint should not be the mobile phone business, I cant wait until this contract is over with, they will never get another penny from me again. Another dissatisfied customer, great job sprint.

I HATE THIS SPRINT I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY PHONE TAKING A CHARGE, I WOULD NEED TO WRAP MY CHARGER AROUND PHONE TO TAKE A CHARGE .MY PHONE WOULD ONLY TAKE 43% CHARGE , SO I CALLED SPRINT TO TAKE MY PHONE IN SERVICE TECH WAS A REAL PIECE OF WORK HIS NAME IS RAMON IN REDLANDS CALIF . SAT DOWN WITH RAMON AS HE SUPPOSE TO CHANGE MY PORT, HE ASKED ME IF I SPEAK SPANISH I TOLD HIM I DID NOT HE STATED HE WAS MORE COMFORTABLE SPEAKING SPANISH. AFTER I STATED I DID NOT SPEAK THE LANGUAGE HE BECAME AN ASS. THAT’S WHY I DONT THINK MY PORT WAS CHANGED. OK SO NOW MY INSURANCE IS GOING TO PAY FOR A REFURBISHED PHONE, SO THEY TXT ME MY PHONE WAS IN PICKED IT UP YESTERDAY. HAD TO PAY FOR ANOTHER MEMORY CARD BECAUSE THEY STATED MY NUMBERS AND PICTURES WOULD NOT TRANSFER, $32.OO DOLLORS LATER AND THIS MORNING GOT READY TO TAKE MY PHONE OFF CHARGER DID NOT TURN ON. I AM SO PISSED, CALLED SPRINT MY MEMORY CARD IS NOT COVERED BECAUSE IT’S UNDER ACCESSORIES .. CALLED SPRINT TO SEE WHEN MY CONTRACT ENDS IT NEXT YEAR 2015 JULY AND ITS $300.00 TO GET OUT OF MY CONTRACT I WILL PAY THAT JUST TO GET OUT.. ENOUGH SAID

  10. i am here to tell you that this company should not be in the phone bioz,they will hustle you into

    all kinds of plans and then they do not follow through with the promises they make

    i am 80 years old and i have 7 people on my family plan, and when i go into thier shop to have them explain all

    of the charges they try to blow smoke up my a..

    my bills have been in the high 600 dollars

    and i was suppost to get $400.00 worth of bonuses for sighing up customers, and you call the company and they

    say they will take care of it for you

    so you call back a few dayslater and they tell you that you did not file in timeto get this bonus

    you would think that they would treat a good customer like me with respect and kindness

    i go into ask about the charges and they tell me that they told me about these charges many times

    before

    hey i am 80 and things do not go into my brain as fast as they did when i was 30

    can not quit cuz theyhave you on a two year contract

    yes this company is out to screw the public as much as they can and you have to takeit

    do not listen to them they are rude and crude

  11. The customer services for Sprint customers does not exist. I have had the run around for more times than I can count. Want to cancell my hotspot account, they can not do it until end of billing cycle, AT&T and Verizon can do it but not Sprint, I believe it is just a way to get an extra month out of U and I believe they will try someother trick when my account comes up to keep me from cancelling out. Sprint has been the worst company I have ever dealt with and that includes Cox Cable here in Las Vegas NV.
