  1. I have been a tracphone customer since 2013 My phones have always been paid for by warranty through straitalk.

    Since March 22, 2018 when my phone stopped working I have called customer service over 18 calls and have been in the phone for almost 2o hours for a replacement phone i still haven’t receved.

    Ihave reference numbers going back to March. the first 4 months were just trying to get a box sent to me and i told them dont send an email, send the actual box and when I would call asking why haven’t they sent my box, they stated oh sorry we sent an email and i called again and again with the same response, when finally I asked if I could send the phone by fedex myself and a nice man named Steve stated yes and i would be reimbursed for the postage of 19.50 on my my autopay, which hasnt been paid.

    Still no phone only promise after promise of them going to send the phone. I gave them my Fedex receipt after calling fedex and was stated yes they received my phone June

    7 at 10:09 . Ticket number is 781298358630. The calls I kept making and asking where my phone was and why it wasnt sent was from we didnt receive it, and then yes we did, to have you received the box to send your phone to us even after it being established they received it

    By this time i was more than patient. So within the last 2 months no phone, only my time callung back and forth. So today i am emailing, i wont waste my breath.

    My last three calls with reference numbet 1651843707 i spoke to Daphne and she stated the replacementphone was cancelled due to not having the same lg and i was guaranteed a comparable samsung phone along witb a credit on autopay No phone was sent and i went through all my information going on 17 times since March 22.

    So in September i was sent to corporate and got a reference # 1652514603 ad spoke to Maria corporate again and was reassured that a comparable phone was going to be sent and they were going to pay an auto pay for all my problems i had with them. i once again spoke with the warehouse to make sure they had my correct information.

    Today October 1 I called again for the 18th time today and was on the phone for over an hour and a half and first spoke with Syrose #1667240903 he sent me to warehous, warehouse stated they cancelled the corpoate order ad stated i had to talk with corporate again. I was hung up on for the second time leaving me sitting on the phone waiting for a response. Its going on 2 p.m. and I am furious. I did nothing to deserve this and this s just the last two timed of trying. I have been going through circles of no one knowing nothing to all is ok to nothing being sent and then calling again.

    As a customer I have never had to deal with a Corporation that would run its customersin circles. I am a patient person in nature and have been treated very disrespectful.

    I want an answer from Straightalk that will not need anymore time of me calling. I deserve a comparable phone or better for just my time, effort and all the grief I have been given for such a small task of just receiving a replacement phone.

  2. I normally don’t send off a note of my situation. Since 10/31/2015 I have been waiting for my new replacement to arrive at my door. Every time I call they say it will be 48 hrs and you will have your phone. Well today it’s Monday and No Phone delivered. I asked for a refund credit and they won’t do that. Tomorrow is Tuesday and I’m going to buy a new phone and not from Walmart as they are no help either and poor poor cell phone service.

    This Samsung phone was less then a year old and not working right. Straight talk said under their yearly warranty so send us your phone and you will have your new phone the next week.

    No Phone, no manager to speak with and no one knows nothing at this 877-430-2355…Horrible Service.

    If I say Horrible you know it’s Horrible!!!!
