  1. I cannot even get the Sunpass site to open. I have tired via my friend to get this fixed but all I get is a reply saying the matter has been attended to and my case is closed.

  2. We’re all in good company. I’ve been trying for over a month to contact Sunpass and they didn’t return messages left, when I finally got an answering machine to answer. Extremely frustrated.

  3. Yes you totally ruined the web site cant get into it,cant read it too small of letters,your phones dont work either the web page said the numbers are no good put the old site back it was easy to use,what happened did some stuffed shirt get bored so they come up with this brain fart??

      1. Sunpass,simple you ruined the web site,put it back and fire the idiot who redid it,wont boot up,when it decides to can’t read it to small,now put it back,remember if it ain’t broken don’t fix it and fire the idiot who had a brain fart,thx

        1. I have spent over an hour just trying to get into my Sunpass account. Then I tried to get someone on the phone. A 45 minute wait. This is not user friendly. It “sucks”. The old system worked beautifully. Someone got paid big bucks for this mess.

    1. Yes sunpass,it still isnt right,takes forever to boot up and when it does it don’t work,why did you mess with it,if it ain’t broke don’t fix remember that old saying?

  4. You have made changes to your website. It is now NOT user friendly. I have tried multiple devices but to no avail. I have spent an hour trying to add funds to my account and add a vehicle. Then I tried to phone. I was told the system is unavailable. Ridiculous!

  7. I know this is an old thread, but this exact thing exact exit happened to me yesterday. I tried to call Sunpass to figure out how I could pay for this but they are closed until Monday. What was the outcome??
