  2. By far I am a dissatisfied customer I will never buy any T Mobile product again. I have a 4g mobile hot spot by T Mobile, which is a piece of crap I will not renew this.

  3. We signed a 2-year contract. t-mobile believes that we signed a 10 year contract. I am going with another carrier who can give me an honest deal. t-mobile promised $30 month unlimited. My bill is $500. The difference does not add up. They are THIEFS.

  4. I recently purchased a refurbished Samsung Smiley T-359 phone from Amazon. The T-359 cell phone did not have a SIM card so I installed the SIM card from my other cell phone which fit perfectly and though it worked fine for the first week when I took out my SIM card the following week and then put it back in I received the message “PUK blocked Call Customer Care.” Last night I called customer care and after customer care gave me numbers to resolve the problem my phone worked fine. Again I took the SIM card out to inspect the phone and when I reinstalled it and tried to use the phone I then received the message, “PUK lock, PIN blocked. Call Customer Care.” I live in a nursing home and I need my phone to schedule transportation and to receive confirmation calls from my transportation! Can you help me? I cannot use my phone now so I need to conduct my communication with you over my computer! Can you help me as ASAP? Though I cannot communicate with you with my cell phone

  5. numerous times I have tried to refill payments via my.t-mobile.com with the same results……………failure. news flash…………. I will not try anymore.

  6. The rating on this company does not go low enough for me. Ive been with them for the last 10 years and for the last 3 to 4 years ive had nothing but daily dropped calls that were important. Every time I talked to someone about this service they just tell me the same thing over and over that the service with its towers will be getting better soon. Well its way past due time to get me a new company. I wont worry about a last bill or new phone payment because they breached everything with lousy service. They should be giving me and a lot of people refunds for the lousy service thay have. Good bye tmobile for good.
