  1. Every time it rains the amplifier box at the road fills up and damages the equipement. You would they would fix their

    problem to save them money. But NO it takes a week for us to get them to fix it. Until the next rain storm.

  2. Oh sure you’ll take my money but you don’t come out and rehook me up. I’m a paying customer!!!!! Why no service??plain and simple no excuses just hook me up.im not name calling or anything, you got my money now I want my cable tv.that must be to much to ask give us your money and we give you nothing!!!!!

    So sorry I got them. I’m going to go with Dish or Direct. I hate this company. Scrap, scrap and scrap.

  4. This company is a joke. Maybe when the new group comes in things will improve. Not for me I closed my account and within 3weeks I get a letter from a collection agency attempting to collect a bill???????????what???????????? 3 weeks??????????? It’s a summer camp and I don’t have Time Warner in NH. I called to have them send me a box to return the cable boxes. After making it VERY CLEAR that I needed them sent to my NH address they still sent it to the ME address!!!!! I’m glad I called to find out what happened to the box they were sending. GOD I don’t need the FBI/CIA /NSA/State Police/Local Police/National Guard at my door so I can write my check for 22 cents

  5. We have Time Warner Oceanic in Hawaii and they do give good service. However, the policies of the Mainland offices are a negative. The navigator program for their digital box turned off service if left on for 4 hours on the same channel, updated in the middle of the night making a blank in the middle of the movie we were recording on our personal DVD recorder from the time navigator was instituted. In addition the guide letter size was so small we needed driving glasses to read it and, if we changed the size, it messed up the picture. Navigator is a disaster. We are happier since we got rid of the box and went with straight cable.

    They provide a free modem for our phone system but charge for it if we also have internet with them. They foolishly suggest we buy our own modem but we have to keep theirs for the phone – meaning 2 modems and more wires and junk laying around. They started at $4 and are now up to $8. If it weren’t for that ridiculous charge, we wouldn’t be looking around for other providers and we’d stay with Oceanic.

  6. POOR SERIVCE. TOLD A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL ON SAT AND HE WOULD COME OUT AND FINISH FIXING PROBLEM. CALLED JASON X 3 . MAIL BX FULL, NOT EXCEPITING PHONE CALLS. CALLED TIME WARNER GOT NO HELP. I WISHED I HAS STAYED WITH CENTRUY LINK. SOMETIMES DECREASE IN COST IT NOT HE BEST THING. IF IT IS CHEAP THERE IS A REASON FOR IT. SERVICE AS TO DATE HAS BEEN BAD.

    I ONLY HAVE HAD THE SERVICE 4 DAYS. IF I DONT GET HELP SOON I WILL CANCEL INTERNET. THANK GOODNESS I KEPT MY CABLE COMPANY DIRECT TV.
