  1. I simply tried to renew my Trend Micro Anti-Virus service but the software would not allow me to renew. When I called Trend Micro I was mistreated by three different employees. No help, bad service, arrogant company and employees. I do not recommend…buyer beware.

  2. dear sirs I canceled your service months ago and you charged my credit card $100 how do get this money back from your company and stop further charges

  3. ben trying to renew for a month including today .I wated on the phone for at least 35 minutes. only advertistments messages. is there a grace peroid.i dont want to be without micro.

  4. I have not had Trend Micro on my computer in several years. I did not have automatic renewal with them. Just received my credit card statement and they had billed me for renewal. They had my old card number on the renewal email. I called my credit card company, they immediately credited my account and put a block on Trend Micro so they could not do it again. From the comments apparently they have done it to others. Not really sure what agency we need to report this type of behavior to but I’m going to find out.

  5. Trend Micro.

    Really bad customer service. Spoke with agent in support name John about renewal of their services;

    stated he was not able to stop automatic renewals, some one would call within {24} hours, never heard

    from them.

    Please be warned, their system does not work well at all.
