  1. First of all I was suppose to have a Tech come t5o my home between 8:00am and 12 noon for my internet not working, which has been out since wed. No one showed up during this time period. I called and was informed by recording that my service call was delayed until 1:45 to 2:45 same day. I called again when 3:00 came with no Tech., this time an actual person talked to me letting me know that the Tech wasn’t coming. REALLY, I spent all damn day waiting with no one even bothering to get ahold of me and say were not coming. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. PATHETIC. I have been told the Tech would be here between 8:00am and 10:00am Sat. I know that if they don’t come in a timely hr. they can shove this Verizon high speed up their ass. My time is very important, especially with twins. Someone with a bit of authority should at least get in touch with individuals when an appointment is not gonna be met. I’ve been a loyal customer for yrs. only to have this done to me once to often.

  2. Verizon sucks! My residential service was supposed to start 10.12 for $20/month. Just got a bill for $55 and DONT HAVE PHONE SERVICE.
