  2. Viator only talks about customer service….non-existent. There is no way to call and if you are diligent enough to hunt down a number they do not answer. Once they get your money you are on your own. Terrible….will never use again.

  3. Trying to get hold of somoen on the phone but no luck. Been waiting on hold for 1 hour now.
    can someone please call me on as it is in regards to a booking that was made.

    It took me one hour to cancel a reservation. The online option did not work!!

  5. I booked a city tour for Dallas TX in April. I was unable to travel because of illness. I sent a copy of my medical dostuffentation from my doctor to viator and no response. Customer service is no service!!

  6. I had never had such a bad experience with a company. I have a confirmed tour in Madrid, but need some extra info. Isn’t there anyone that I can contact to ask my questions? Nothing works in your website.

      On arriving the bar was closed and the food was all empty. Staff where also not around to help or clean. The toilet had no toilet paper and where not clean.

      We stayed for a lukewarm soda and then went out side to get some food as the only food that was available in the Premium Plaza lounge available was not good at all, salty and only 2 choices.

      Please advise Viator to refund my credit card.

  7. Booked a trip to the Dry Tortugas in February never got an e-mail for our trip. The trip is for May 23rd 2018 from Key West. I just called to say that I didn’t get a B ticket and the service person hung up on me saying the phone line is messed up. Who do I have to speak to to get my tickets for this trip. I have already been charged for this. Where did the e-mail go for my tickets.
