  1. ‘I have been complaining of the same thing since it was under warranty, when I was assured they would send me out a replacement, because of the type of problems I was having, and it was still under warranty. I haven’t heard a peep from anyone since and obviously didn’t get it. this is the cheapest, unreliable, dumbest smartphone I ever owned. now I have terminal cancer, and communication with health care workers is essential this can’t go on any longer. I want a Samsung Galaxy S6 edge. make me an offer I can’ refuse, or I’m movin’ on. I have been more than patient. nothing ” responds ” on this piece of junk. make me an offer I can’t refuse to make this right. I want a Samsung galaxys6. I report, I have terminal cancer. I need and I want the best offer you’ve got to offer.

  2. Wow I couldn’t even get through to talk about signing up. If you can’t even get someone to answer the phone to take your money, service must really suck!

  3. I am unable to reach a LIVE person to help activate my LG Tribute. Every time I call the VM support number I reach my old carrier – Consumer Cellular – where I am told the account is closed – DUH – and there is nothing that can be done. I’m trapped until VM phones me with some help. I’ve left two messages already, and there have been no responses. This is not what I had bargained for when I purchased the new phone. VM representatives are impossible to reach. Press 00000000 many times until a live person appears. However, even that is not working this morning since I keep reaching Consumer Cellular. How do you expect to do business when you make it so difficult for the consumer to sign on?

Tell me why I’m paying $70 a month for two phones then my phone won’t work get a new phone and now I’m paying $70& $50 for my new phone with two differs companies and they both are virgin mobile phones and when you call them you get the run around from both companies they won’t put the phones on the same account and now they don’t even know if I have an account with them worst service I have ever had what a sham

I was billed twice received no service…I was given a free month and was told the problem would be fixed in three days its been over two weeks and nothing was credited to my account $38.75 billed twice …I have been with virgin mobile for a long time and have never been treated this badly before…please help…

  8. I would like to ask some one about payments and how I can pay in advance. I’m giving a one star rating because I cannot get a hold of any one who can help me answer the question about paying in advance. I was told I must pay on the date specified or expiration date to renew my contract. Last time I paid extra to top up and all the extra want to minutes credit in the future and not the top up. I was a statement on the top up saying I can use my credit for service and I there is no instructions on how I can spend my $175 credit with virgin mobile. I would like to pay to extend my service and not sure if I’m close to a computer on my due date. I wish I can pay it a few days or a week earlier if possible.
