I have been charged for the same movie twice in 2 days, when I went back to the movie tonight, I thought I could just resume it and I was charged again, on sunday the 16th, I was not able to watch the movie, it keep buffering, I had to go thru roku to fix the problem yesterday, the movie I watched was magic valley, I also thought I would have the movie for 30 days,, please credit me back the first charge on the 14th of February of $3.99.

  3. I have been trying for the past few days to get an unauthorized transaction credited back to my account and to my dismay customer service stated there is nothing they can do. I don’t really know for certain how someone was able to purchase an entire underworld series on my account. I thought it was my 4 yr old by accident but I am not certain. All I know is customer service is saying they cannot offer me a refund and it is extremely discouraging. I will never purchase anything from VUDU ever again. Poor customer service. Very Poor.
