On 2/19/15, I was functioning properly on the Fuze Forums, until I submitted a question and then had a subsequent message come up saying I was doing something associated with spamming, and was thereafter banned from the Forums. I sent an email to vuzeforum@vuze.com, regarding this, on 2/19/2015, but have heard nothing since (still cannot access the Forums). I attempted contact again on 2/23/15, still with no response.

    My email of the 19th was as follows:

    “This morning I logged in with no problem to Vuze Forums, reviewed several messages, and then set up a new Forum message.

    I submitted the message, and received an error 404 response. I went back to my message and re-submitted it; I then received a message stating that:

    ‘Your forum account is currenttly banned. Ban Reason: Automatically banned by the Akismet system for spamming. Ban will be lifted: Never'”

    The accompanying Board Message didn’t define anything which would be applicable to me. I have never had anything to do with spamming of anything. Was the re-submittal of my Forum message considered to be a spam?

    How do I get this “ban” removed?

  2. My credit card was charged for 29.90 for a Vuze subscription renewal recently. I did not authorize this charge. Vuze is currently not on my personal computer at home.

    Can I please have this charge removed from my credit card. My name is Tony. I cannot find a phone number for Vuze support.Credit Card number ends in 2400.

    Number on billing statement is paypal vuze is XXXX. Again, I did not authorize this charge. Thanks for your time in this matter.

  3. I did not renew my account. I was charged for a renewal, money taken out of my Paypal account. I have not used Vuze services for quite a while. I do not want to renew and would like a refund! Please take care of this matter as soon as possible! Thank You, Melinda

  4. Having trouble opening kick ass torrents in Vuze web browser. I have a macbook, and when I try to open any torrent site in the Vuze web search. Nothing happens, it will not open. Does anyone have a solution??

  8. I got a new computer and I downloaded vuze plus and now all the show’s and movies I can’t download again cause they don’t come up when I search for them? Please tell me how to fix the problem

    I’d like to know if there is an answer to my original question, and also whether there is some way to contact Vuze forums that I’ve missed. This is totally messing up my usage of Vuze, which has been great up until now! If I cannot get an answer to the question I was attempting to submit (before the error 404 response), I will not be able to use Vuze any longer (question had to do with Mac OS X Yosemite compatibility issues).

  11. listen I have no other pc ive down loaded vuse many times on my only pc why cant I get vuse plus to activeate I have till may 2015 to renew

  12. I’m havering problems burning DVDs now. I can no longer play DVDs that I burnt before it started saying Medume weighted era. Regular DVDs can play but it no longer reads anything I’ve Burt with Vuze. What can I do. And why is there a peson to ask?
